We had to redesign our garden and move the Pavillion to a new spot just a very a few steps across the garden. We were quoted £2,220 pound plus vat for the job which was booked in for 2 days. If we had not excepted the quotation than our warranty would no longer be valid.
Had the works taken 2 days it would of not been so bad, but the team took 3.5 hours on only ONE day to take it down and put it back up which I find very difficult to justify. They also damaged one front brick on the base which has not been replaced either.
Whilst overall pleased with the original works and the Pavillion in general this let the company down.

Crown constructed a bespoke Sandringham garden room for us, to house a gym and sound proofed rehearsal studio. They are an absolutely brilliant company who provided a first class service from the first to the last engagement. The garden room is absolutely stunning thanks to an expert team of planning consultants, designers and builders, with a special mention to the Crown project manager who coordinated the build superbly and the decorator whose skill and excellent attention to detail has left us with a beautiful space that we absolutely love. They might be high end but you certainly get what you pay for (and more)!

Choosing the right provider for our garden room took some time, but opting for the Crown Sandringham turned out to be an excellent decision! We’re thrilled with it; it has truly transformed our space. The entire Crown team was outstanding throughout the entire process. Our pavilion build was an excellent experience from start to finish. We worked with multiple people throughout the build and every one was helpful, trustworthy, and the workmanship was outstanding. Crown Pavilions offered a transparently good value deal on an ex-display Elizabeth pavilion. They accepted the delay whilst planning permission was achieved, communicated clearly and promptly throughout; thank you Grace - and then Thomas and David did an expert job in building the jigsaw on our base. Result: beautiful, weathered building on time, with no hassle. Well done and thanks to Carl and the whole team.

Wow. This is my first ever Trust Pilot review but I just felt compelled to give some great feedback. Amazing quality of product and incredible customer service…..probably the best I have experienced. Every single person and time we have dealt with the team from sales, to installation and customer service has been first class. This company deserves to do very well and are getting everything right. Having worked with the sales team on a bespoke shelter for our hot tub, the team came to install - the same team as the team that installed the garden room previously. We are very pleased we chose Crown Pavilions for our garden room project. The whole experience has been excellent from customisation of the design, quality and speed of the build and excellent communication throughout.

John Simmons did a fantastic job with customising the design to our requirements. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the design of the buildings and what could be achieved. Stephanie Hody was the project manager and kept us informed of every detail. We had 2 build teams for the structure and the fit out and they both worked very quickly and delivered a high quality building.

I first met Lindsey @ Altons, who had a great knowledge of the garden room I was after.

I was then in touch with Stephanie who seamlessly organised the build and ground work necessary. It made the whole process so easy. No question was ever too much trouble. She was always so professional and friendly.

The fitters, Zydrunas & Virgis were incredibly hard working (especially in the heat!) to ensure the build was finished on time. They were efficient, took great care & had a keen eye for detail, extremely tidy and ever so polite.

This is not about a recent build.
Nearly three years ago we decided to erect a garden room in our garden. All I can say, it was one of tge best decisions we ever made.
The quality of the room is outstanding and when I had a small problem last year, the company swiftly and courteously resolved it.
I use it most days, even in the winter and I just want to recommend this company for its professional after service.

A very, very professional company in every respect. They have delivered me with more than I expected, product wise, and customer service wise. I purchased an ex display Ascot Gazebo from them. The product is top quality, as is the customer service, which other companies could learn from. You are buying a quality product which is a large outlay and would expect the product and service to match the cost, which it does. I was kept informed of progress from the start of my order to the installation of the Gazebo. I never fealt, that I was being pushed to buy the product by the salesman at any time at the show site I visited, this made me feel reassured as I hate pushy salesmen.

The installation team arrived on time, and were experts at at their job, and although it rained throughout the installation, they worked tirelessly to complete the installation.

Although, this was an ex display Gazebo, it was in as new condition when it arrived and installed. Crown went the extra mile, they even put a new cedar shingle roof on it, which I never asked for. Also they put a brand new back panel on, and the whole Gazebo had been sanded down at the factory, it now looks like a brand new Gazebo. Crown also supplied a brand new infrared heater and lights for the interior. Quite frankly I cannot believe how they went out of their way to supply me with a product that looks brand new. Crown have done me proud they did everything they said they would to the letter.

You need look no further than Crown Pavilions for a top qualty product matched with top qualty customer service - you get what you pay for in the end!

I would go as far as to say, that this is probably the best company for product and service, that I have dealt with. All in all a very refreshing experience and a special thanks to Grace, Matthew and the installation team for making it that way.

We deliberated a lot on which provider to use for our garden room before going for the Crown Sandringham, and what a good choice it was! We love it, it’s a game changer for us and the whole Crown team were fantastic from the first step to last. Would highly recommend to anyone else that is stuck in the same stage of deliberation as we were! 5/5

The experience started extremely badly with numerous issues around the incorrect sighting and uneven heights of the Weybridge Summerhouse and Serenity shelter. The serenity shelter needed to be completely deconstructed, landscapers needed to lower the ground and new platform screws in the ground needs to be relaid as the Shelter and Sumerhouse were not aligned and also of differing heights

I contacted one of the directors, Minde who was exceptionably helpful and practical and eventually all matters were resolved completely. Their customer care team (Grace gets a shout out) were at all times friendly polite and helpful. This is a company whose reputation is extremely important and they followed through on exactly what was needed to solve the our issues
