Overall Service by staff

The help which was given as such short notice. Rang Company about my printer not working or connecting over internet. Tried to get it working remotely but then told me I would have to bring in . Because I needed it in a hurry, Evan looked at it immediately and told me the cost of someone looking at and carrying out repairs far exceeded cost of a new printer. I bought a printer, it was closing time but he kindly told me he would call me when he got home and set it up remotely which he did. Excellent service.

Had my ps5 in to have the laser replaced. Have to say the service was fantastic. They arranged a courier to pick up my console and kept me updated on every stage of the repair. They put a replacement laser in my console and it now works perfectly. Great service

I recently got the pink iPhone 15 with a clear MagSafe case from CreativeIT and I’m really happy with it. The pink looks even better in person, and the clear case shows it off nicely while still feeling sturdy and not bulky.

Everything arrived quickly and was well packaged, and the whole process was super smooth. Honestly, no complaints at all — I’d definitely buy from CreativeIT again.

My old phone died and Jamie and the Creative-IT team were really helpful in getting the problem sorted for me. I was back up and running in no time.I’d like to thank them for their immediate response and courtesy and good humour in resolving the issue for me. Martin

I had a very disappointing experience with this company.

None of the listed phone numbers appear to work. Calls either go straight to voicemail or return an “incorrect number” message, which is not what you would expect from a professional service.

Communication is limited to email, and even there, responses are repetitive and avoid addressing the actual question. Instead of providing clear answers, they tend to repeat the same generic explanation, which makes it difficult to resolve even simple queries.

This raises concerns about how issues would be handled if something goes wrong with a purchase. Based on my experience, getting proper support would be challenging.

Given this experience, I would advise others to look carefully at recent feedback and make an informed decision before proceeding.
