Constantly in Disney groups both UK and US pretending to be customers. They don’t even send the items. Lost count how many people have been ripped off. The image of their 9000+ 5 star reviews are actually a still image and not genuine at all. Report themto the BBB

No customer service at all! Just repeated enails saying you have left you items I. The cart. I believed it and ordered the items twice!!! Trued to contact customer service via email and phone…no response. Pitiful!

Love it couldn’t be happier with by attraction fragrances and Polynesian aroma

I ordered 2 car diffusers and 2 fragrances that were supposed to smell like resorts in Disney- the company sent a wrong scent- I contacted the company on 3 different occasions to have them correct the issue - I never received a response to correct their error. I do NOT recommend ordering from this company- the scents don’t even smell like the locations they claim. Very disappointing!

This company is a scam. The products smell nothing like the Disney scents they claim to smell like. I bought the car air freshener with the comtemporary scent. It actually has not scent at all. Customer service is awful. They don't return calls or emails. Don't buy from this company!

I ordered all of the Grand Floridian fragrance items (spray, oil, diffuser) and they all smell nothing like the Grand Floridian - they actually smell bad, like something is wrong with them. Per the returns policy instructions on the company's website, I have emailed customer service three times to start a return and I have not received any information back.

Absurdly poor customer service. Ordered and waited over three weeks before it arrived; entirely too late and worthless to us. The customer service was worse. The guy could not have cared less. We had a deadline for photography for our piece and I spoke with them twice. Eight days shipping. I’ve sent two emails requesting refund. No reply after four days waiting.

This company is a total scam. The scents smell NOTHING like described. They actually smell pretty awful. Requested a return/refund and they did not reply until I asked a third time and said I would dispute charge. They said no refunds and they would file a counter dispute. They try to delete any negative reviews on their facebook page.

This company is a total scam! You order products and you never receive them. They even lied on their website saying that I received the order. No, I did not!! Attempted multiple times to contact and still haven’t heard back. I spent $122 and paid $20 for expedited shipping and got ripped off.

I ordered it on the 7th of December and I still haven't gotten it, it's said to be shipped and arrive on the 26th. ONE DAY AFTER CHRISTMAS, I was the first one in my family to order presents and my presents haven't even arrived. I'll write another review for when I get them on their condition and quality. But so far, I don't have much hope for them.

Don't do it! There are dozens of "Disney" scent places... this is one to AVOID. spent nearly $200 and they never sent my order. No response from CS.. I have to dispute with my CC company...

Obsessed with this company. The car diffuser is so cute and the scents are AMAZING! They smell exactly like Disney. I should know, I'm an annual passholder LOL. Its a way to have your vacation with you year round.
The company owner, Dan, has the best customer service I have ever experienced. I contacted him and he responded right away and was just so delightful to speak with. This was my first time ordering from them, I can safely say I am a returning customer. I just ordered a bunch of items for Christmas presents. They're a small business, so I can't stress enough to give them a try and support their efforts. You'll be completely satisfied.

I ordered 3 oil plug ins Only one had a smell. The other 2 you could hardly smell.

I bought a couple things from them. They came in. Wanted to love if. The oils have no smells. The stick for thr diffuser, you cant smell once its in the diffuser. It’s terrible. And when you place a bad review on their site they remove it and block you.

And the one review on here that gave it 5 stars is the one that was posting it in groups to get people to buy.

Horrible customer service. Ordered several fragrances and half of the order was missing from the package. Customer service took forever to respond, then said they shipped it and it’s too bad if it didn’t arrive.

I ordered 17 small posters (postcard size). I got my order quickly, but there were only 16 in the order. I contacted the company. I was told to check carefully because they check their orders before shipping. I checked and replied that it wasn’t there. They replied that it must be stuck behind another card. We checked again…it wasn’t. I contacted them again eight more times by email and phone, and they never contacted me. I even offered to just buy the $4 card again so I could finish the project for my grandson if they would pay the $8 shipping charge; that being just the size of a postcard, it shouldn’t cost that much to mail it. They still didn’t contact me.

 The cards are nice, but the customer service couldn’t be worse.
