My item was not delivered before 12 o' clock as requested due to a mix up with the delivery company but Scott from Cozibags was extremely helpful. He answered my email very quickly, rang the delivery company, who were also very helpful and apologetic, and I had my item the same day. The delivery charge was refunded almost immediately. Very unusual these days to get a company who put customers first! A +++++!!!!! Oh yes, love the bag!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought a leather 'Sao Luis' bean bag and the leather is lovely and soft, looks great in my snug room. It's also huge and decent money value for money compared with some others I looked at.

We recently bought a Sloucher from Cozibag.. It arrived as promised, and although its bigger than it looks on the web (glad we didn't go for large!) it is fantastic! Very, very comfortable, looks great and seems to be very well made. Time will tell, but we are very happpy so far! The client service was great too, as we had some problems with the payment processing on the web. Cozibag were very responsive, and helped us through the issues. Great company,great product. Will be getting another one soon to avoid the arguments!!!

Brilliant company, send out samples asap and once order is placed the items are despatched for a next day delivery. Have been so pleased with them that have now ordered two bean bags within 3 weeks.

Received a text to give me an hour window of delivery, arrived within the first 15 minutes of that window. Friendly deliveryman, who carried the box up the stairs and into the desired room of my flat.
Quality and comfy XL highback chair that I really don't want to get up from and the colours are exactly as they look on screen.
Overall brilliant service and style, would recommend.

Bought a Slump beanbag. Unfortunately ir was too large for my living space. I arranged return. Slight hiccup re my post code / collection area, however, soon resolved and return carriage fee waived as a good will gesture. Scott was the employee I worked with throughout process. I ordered three samples which arrived swiftly in the post. Following my order the beanbag was delivered in two days, with a text on the morning advising of a one hour delivery window. Beanbag is excellent quality and looks great.

I had my Cozibag delivered yesterday. Everyone has tried it out and agreed how comfortable it is. I ordered the XXL - it is huge but thats what makes it so comfortable, your neck and back is so well supported. The colour swatch that I received really helped as I wanted the bag to match our leather suite, the faux leather sample matched better than the leather one and the faux leather bag next to the leather looks great. We're very pleased.

I ordered a white pod and took delivery the next day after receiving a text telling me it was on its way! Really pleased with the service and the quality of the item was above my expectations. My friend tried it and went straight online and ordered one for herself!

Highly recommended! I purchased two of the multi-coloured bean bags for my sons and they are both delighted with them. From my perspective, I was of course happy that these items were in the clearance section but this doesn't take away from the fact that the web service was flawless and the delivery made on time.

Very prompt delivery. When I got my 'faux leather' bag delivered I realised how comfy it was and wish I'd paid the extra for a real leather one. Quick response to my email enquiry and I get the replacement leather one the next day and we agree to split the difference on return price. Service - second to none!!
