From the moment I bought my car from Coventry Sterling Motors Ltd, I had a few small issues with the car, but the team were absolutely amazing and helpful throughout the whole process. Every time I contacted them, they were kind, professional and happy to help without making things stressful.

They took the time to check everything properly, explain things clearly and make sure the issues were resolved. The customer service was genuinely excellent and I always felt respected and looked after.

As a woman, it really means a lot to find a garage/dealer that is honest, patient and trustworthy, and this team made me feel comfortable from the beginning. You can tell they truly care about their customers and want to help.

purchased a BMW 6 Series after travelling from South Wales. Unfortunately, on the journey home, a low oil warning light appeared, and from that point onwards the vehicle experienced significant issues. Within the first week of ownership, the car developed a misfire and began emitting blue smoke from the exhaust.
In an effort to diagnose the problem, I took the vehicle to BMW, which resulted in a cost of £666. Following this, the supplying garage covered an additional £800 for further investigation by BMW; however, this did not resolve the issue.
The garage then requested that the vehicle be returned to them and asked for two weeks to diagnose the fault. Despite this, it took five weeks, during which I had to repeatedly contact them for updates, before any resolution was offered. I was subsequently asked to travel to Coventry for a third time to arrange a refund, despite the vehicle already having been returned.
While I did receive a refund for the vehicle itself, I was not reimbursed for the £666 diagnostic cost or approximately £100 spent on additional items for the car. In total, this experience has cost me £766, excluding fuel expenses, and caused considerable inconvenience over an eight-week period.

I saw a car online and turned up without an appointment. They were more than happy to let me test drive the car and to look over the vehicle within my own time without any pressure. They were able to answer all of my questions and gave me a brand new battery for the vehicle without hesitation. Its been nearly 4 weeks since I purchased the car and couldn`t be happier.
Special thanks to Nayim as he was friendly and professional and all paperwork was in order and went smoothly. I would definitely purchase a car from these guys again.

I went to look at a car I'd seen online and just turned up. The guys handed the keys over and left us to look at the car without them watching us. We asked if we could test drive it and was really impressed with it. Having been sold cars from other garages that had many hidden faults, going to buy a new car fills me with dread. They got all the paperwork out and showed us mot's and services the car had had. They really didn't hide anything from us.
Not once did we feel any pressure to buy and he understood why we hesitated. His reassurance was lovely. Having the warranty is reassuring, it's longer than some garages. We committed to buying an Audi Q5. Took out finance through them and the paperwork went through smoothly including road tax and insurance. Once completed I was able to drive home.
I cant fault them. If you want to buy a car where you dont want to feel pressured I recommend this garage.

I recently purchased a BMW 318 65 plate from this dealership and had a very positive experience overall. I initially considered part-exchanging my car, but as the offer was lower than I was willing to accept, I decided not to go ahead with the part exchange. Even so, I still chose to buy the BMW, as it was in great condition — and Nayim and Tamim were kind enough to offer me a better price on the car.

The whole buying process was pleasantly straightforward and stress-free. Two months after the purchase, a routine health check revealed a differential seal leak. I contacted Nayim, and he immediately asked me to bring the car in. The issue was repaired promptly and completely free of charge, which really showed excellent after-sales support.

Overall, I’m very happy with both the car and the service I received. Nayim and Tamim clearly care about their customers, and I would definitely recommend this dealership. I’ll be coming back when it’s time for my next car.

I bought a BMW a few months ago from this company. They have a no pressure, no hard sell, relaxed approach which I really appreciated. When I went to view the car, they gave me the keys and just let me have a look at it in my own time. I sent my husband back to test drive the car, again a great experience. I bought the car and I absolutely love it, the only issue I had was it needing new windscreen wipers which were hand delivered to my home. Excellent service, would highly recommend this garage and would certainly buy a car from here again in the future.

I recently bought an Evoque from Sterling Car Sales and travelling up from Ipswich I was offered refreshments on arriving. Muhammad turned out to be marvelous as I had unexpected problems with my finance and was grateful that Mo really put himself out to try to resolve the issues. This included accepting calls, emails and attachments well after office hours. In the end he organised alternative finance at a very much lower interest rate too. I found him friendly, and as used car salesman trustworthy too and had no doubts about his honesty throughout our convoluted dealings. I'm happy with my purchase and I would certainly recommend Sterling Motors to anyone. What a brilliant company... I sold my car a little prematurely and then I saw this car online, went there to view & test drive it and within 24 hours the finance was sorted and paid out, and I collected it! Zero hassle, absolutely no pressure, and the car was immaculate as described. They even took it for a nice valet before I collected. The staff were really helpful and encouraged me to check over the car thoroughly to make sure I was 100% happy which was encouraging. This is a great family run business and I wish them all the best with their expansion to a bigger unit which is so well warranted. Five stars for sure and I would absolutely recommend them. Related to sterling motors I ca say that are good trusty dealers which try to sell good cars with decent price. My experience was a positive one, although in the end I have not bought the car. In my case the situation was a bit weird as I went there, seen the car, drive it , like it and wanted to buy it. In that moment I’ve been told that car wasn’t ready as one of the lights on the dashboard was staying with few more second on than was normal. They keep the car with them for couple of days to try to sort this issue, and due to extension of this period, not having a car, I needed to go on some other offers. I liked this attitude to not sell a car which was not ready. They could’ve sold to me as I have not noticed that error on cluster. So very trusty, I say. The communication was good, but it was only me who was calling, but always receiving an answer from the other end ( I’m understanding a bit this situation as they are receiving awful amounts of calls all day long). The deposit was returned in minutes after confirming to them that I’m no longer buying the car. Neim was very good and helpful and definitely in the future I will go to them for next car (hopefully the next one will be withou lt any issues).

Well run family business, honest, polite and can't do enough for you. We have used them for years, ranging from cheap run arounds and luxury cars.My son also bought a car from them. Nice showroom with a good range of cars. Would recommend them to anyone.
