A delivery company that cannot ve…
A delivery company that cannot ve trusted to deliver a package. The oackage was marjed for delivery the next day and after 3 days it has only now been marked for delivery.
Phonecalls to the Pefki branch went unanswered and only after my email inquiries I was able to find the shipment status.
This was the second time that their delivery WAS NOT on time. Unfortunately the sender uses them as their shipping company.

This is not the first time nor the last
This is not the first time; unfortunately, it won't be the last. It’s no surprise to anyone familiar with this company’s shady practices. On 14/8, the delivery driver marked my parcel as "unknown recipient" simply because they couldn't be bothered to deliver it a day before August 15 (a national holiday in Greece). I even received a phone assurance that my package would arrive on Aug 16. However, the branch didn't even process the shipment, and now I'm told I'll have to wait until Aug 19. I highly doubt that will happen.
What infuriates me is that this seems to be a common practice for them. When they can't meet their promised delivery times, they resort to excuses like "unknown recipient" or falsely claim that the recipient wasn't home. It's dishonest and incredibly frustrating.
I've already spoken with Temu, and a formal complaint has been filed against them. I strongly advise others to do the same because unless we take action, nothing will change.
At least the call center staff are polite, but that's hardly enough to make up for their terrible service.
I will be rating them with 1 star across all platforms, starting with Trustpilot. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and people need to know what they’re dealing with.

For as long I have used there service I was never disappointed always on time and always notifying me for every step of my parcel I have used their services in Kos island, in patra, in Athens, in kastoria even in parga!!! Superb service and trustworthy company unlike some others....

They lost a package from Germany and DHL was trying for 30 days to contact with them, they eventually found the package and they decided to send it back instead of delivering it. DHL GREECE was furious about the issue and their apologies were endless towards me.
More than 1 week to receive!!
I had to wait 1 week to receive my order, although according to their site they are supposed to deliver in 1-2 days. Eventually, as I was going to leave the place where I was supposed to receive my order, I had to reschedule and in order to receive it from a clever point. On top of all that I was charged 1.5€ more for the inconvenience!! It was also very difficult to reach them on the phone!

Utterly disgusting, arrogant insult to the courier industry. They never actually deliver anything - instead they sit on their asses in their cluttered office, surrounded by undelivered parcels waiting for people to come and collect their own parcels.
In my case, they had the full address, (a business address that is open 24/7and which is just 10 minutes away from their office and on the excuse that a mobile number was incorrect, they held on to it for ten extra days and did NOTHING to get the urgent parcel to me.
Upon collection, I questioned the "lady" in the cluttered office and suggested that it is not right to charge people for a courier delivery service and then fail to deliver. Her snotty, arrogant reply - "That's your opinion"!

Awful company
I had a message on the company's track and trace site to say my item would be delivered between 10 and 5 o'clock on the 6th of March. I was home all day and had no contact with them all day. Then another message appeared to say 'contact with customer'. This is completely untrue as I had no call or message from them all day. Trying to contact their Corfu office is impossible as nobody will answer the phone. A new message appeared this morning saying Assignment of consignment for delivery to a distributor....what does this even mean? Is this saying it has been passed on to a 3rd party for delivery 🤔. From now on I will not buy anything from a company using this courier service as their agent,they are beyond hopeless. Just to add that I had problems with them last summer waiting for a delivery of important documents, they actually asked me if I could drive to a village 7 miles away as the driver was busy when he had to pass my village to get there. I would give 0 stars if there was an option.
Update. Delivered by a 3rd party courier, the item was passed to them today.

Unfortunately, there is not 0 star. I never received my order from temu although according with their site it was out for delivery. It's easy to resume that their drivers are thiefs. Nobody is answering on the phone and emails.

through the website delivery details, i saw by accident the name of the shop that was the intermediate shop so i decided to call them to see if they know anything.
when i mentioned courier center they said, yes we know they dont answer, like it was the norm...

The worst courier service in Greece. Allegedly delivered - never received, no response to phone calls and emails. I will never again order from a provider who works with this courier. 1 star is too many.

Worst courier in Greece. Customer service is non existent- I called and waited patiently over one hour but nobody picked up. Tracking data are fake: in my case for example they write package was picked up from the store nearly 24hrs after the real pick up time (validated with the store). They provide no estimate about delivery date nor time so basically you will need to wait at least 3 days home. Even if I selected “delivery to home address” at the time of purchase the only thing I received from the courier is a Viber message asking me if I wish the parcels to be delivered at their clever point despite the parcel is so big that it will never fit in any of their boxes. Do not buy from stores that use this courier service
Not a clue of whats going on
After 4 days the parcel is stack at the final delivery station they don't even know what is going on because customer support can only send emails witch are completely ignored by the station and if you call them directly their phone is turned to fax. Pathetic
Get away from them
I wish to have the option to rate them with 0 star, the company is completely rubbish. Delivery guy left a note in the entrance of our building without try ring the bell even thought a neighbour told him we are in the 2nd floor and we are expecting him. The depot never answered our numerous phone calls, after a month WE have to call the company originally made the order to start the refund process
