Excellent service and honestly what a great property. It was very comfortable at a very decent price too. Thank you for all the help getting there.

Very nice apartment with easy access to the slopes, the apartment was cosy and warm with plenty of hot water, garage was a little tight to get into but we managed. There was every thing you needed in the apartment. The apartment was fine for 4 adults any more it would of been a little bit of a queeze .
Over all we enjoyed our stay and would recommend Courchevel chalets apartments to any one.

Things we liked about the apartment include: good location, great views from the balcony, good sized bedrooms. Things not so good include: just about big enough for 6 but if we were 8 then living room too small, kitchen area too small, lacked basics like salt, pepper, sugar etc, too hot but no way to control heating.

My teenage daughters spent the most fabulous week at the Courchevel Chalet Apartments and everything was perfect. The staff was extremely helpful and lovely to deal with. The location and apartment was amazing. We all had a wonderful trip.

This was our second holiday booked through Courchevel Chalets Apartments and we have been very pleased. Excellent service from initial inquiry through to the holiday and good attention to detail. I’m very happy to recommend them.

Fast efficient reservation and onsite service. Immaculate apartment, well equipped and in a great location.

There was a bit of an issue when we first arrived because the apartment block reception was closed. We had been notified that this may be the case and after a few calls to Courchevel Chalets-apartments we eventually got things sorted.

The apartment itself was even better than expectations! We got a really good price so based on this and the look of the apartment block from the outside I was very surprised to find such a high quality interior. No complaints with the apartment at all!

I was surprised when it came to departing that we didn't hear anything from Chalet-apartments. I think a simple phone call to check how our stay was would have been a nice touch. I've contacted them since to find out when my deposit will be returned. It's only been about 10 days but I still haven't received a response or a returned deposit. The website does say it's likely to be 2 weeks but a response to my email would have been nice.

Overall we had a great stay and I'd definitely use this company again. The information on the run up to the trip was great but i think the after care could be improved.

Read carefully terms and conditions, since apartments need to be fully paid 3 months in advance. What is even more peculiar is that you need to pay (1 month in advance!) even the security deposit (the one that should be given back after your stay if everything is fine). As any traveler knows this is completely illogic, since 1. your credit card should be enough without any actual money transfer to UK 2. the pre-authorization on the credit-card should be applied ONLY when you enter the apartment, not a single minute before.

On top of this annoying procedure of pre-payments (which were specified in terms and condition, hence it is my fault to have not read carefully them), I am having very unpleasant and still unresolved experience after my stay. I am trying to get back that famous "security deposit" and I am still not able to do that.
No answer to my 2 emails, finally a call back yesterday evening at 8PM (when I was having dinner!) where someone from the organization (I could not understand who) told me that they need to charge me more for the cleaning of the apartment, which will cost me other 80 euros or pounds or whatever. This is a perfect example of the poorest customer care you can imagine: 1. this guy called me after 10 days instead of answering to my emails 2. English is his mother language, not mine, hence any phone discussion is uneven (and untraceable) 3. any objection to the state of the apartment should be notified in person when I am leaving, so that we can verify who is right 4. as a matter of fact we left the apartment in perfect shape, apart the fact the dishwasher was running and this was just because we were asked to leave before 10am (yes!) and the dishwasher took more almost 3 hours to complete (yes!), the same dishwasher working poorly during all the week stay (yes!).

My conclusion is that this was the first and will be the last time I rent an house using an intermediate agency instead of interfacing directly with the owner or any local people I can see and speak with.

To be 100% clear, this is nothing to do with the house which is ok, perfectly located and has the only issue to have not available a warm deposit for ski-boots.
And nothing to do with Courchevel which is a great place.

This is probably one of the best travel companies I have used. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. The booking process is easy to use. Everything about our chalet tied up to the advert on the website and the in country staff were helpful and supportive.

Appartment is great for 6 adultes en 2 children but to small for more persons as advertised.
Location is great.

At our arrival at 5:30 pm there where still cleaning up the apartment.
We found the apartment with lots of disorder in the kitchen, the plates, cutlery and vases /cups where in complete disorder making it difficult to use with out making a disaster. There where lots of groceries from the owner or previous users that made very difficult to have a place for our own stuff.

We never received the key for the storage for the skies and boots. although we called several times to your office and found no response on that matter. We have to bring the boots up to the apartment and left the skies on the hangers outside the building.

We also make a notice that the mirror behind the kitchen was broken. The coffee maker was impossible to use and there was no hair dryer so we had to buy both: coffee maker and hair dryer.
We felt that this apartment did not worth what we payed for.

But the most unacceptable issue was one afternoon, when we arrive to the the apartment, we found the apartment open and strangers in the apartment. One of them said he was the consierge or janitor, which we had not met before.. He showed us a message from "the owner", that said that he should show the apartment to some relatives and that although the apartment was rented he could open it and show the apartment. We found this absolutely unacceptable as i said before. We really dont have any trouble in showing the apartment to any one, but the fact of opening the apartment with out our contentment is totally disrespectful.We immediately call your office and they said they were going to call back in 15 minutes, thay said they where going to call the owner, but they never called back

Good, efficient company to deal with.

Apartment exactly as described with arrival and departure being very straight forward.

On our first visit to Courhevel we had a problem with an appliance which was sorted straight away.

On our second visit we arrived home new years eve to find a bottle of champagne from the company which was a lovely touch.
