She guided me through the process from start to finish and stayed on the phone for the duration. I am extremely grateful, as I doubt I could have completed the form without her expert knowledge, understanding and patience.

I have so far had limited communication with CTT but I phoned to obtain clarification concerning a person with no photo id. The two ladies I spoke to (on two separate occasions) were both friendly and efficient and the problem was solved satisfactorily.

Utterly incompetent. Never reply to emails, take forever to book meetings, don't do what they promise. Still waiting for documents following a meeting 6 months ago. Still waiting for a single document to be emailed to me which was promised 2 months ago. Call them and they are always in a meeting. Leave a message and they never call back. Spoke with a lawyer once and mentioned my parents were using them for their trusts. His reply was that he would never use them for his clients as they are completely useless. He wasn't wrong. Avoid them like the plague.

I never felt anxious having to reach out to her when I needed extra clarification. Considering we have a 5 hour time difference, she was always prompt with her replies as well.

Trying to transfer the property trusts to another house. Daniel and Aidan completed security very quickly. Technical team have sat on there hands and are causing the likelihood that we will lose the property that we wish to purchase.

Personally I would avoid at all costs based on my experience. Needed a face to face 'virtual' meeting but took 3 months based on their availability. Generally very slow and unresponsive, and seem to have a tendency to complicate things more than we thought necessary.

A request was made to the Client ID team at Countrywide to assist me with verification of a client's ID when there was no photo ID available. Ana in the ID team organised this quickly and easily. The call came through at the appointed time on the agreed date and the process was made very easy for my client. Ana was exceptionally friendly and put the client at ease. Thank you.

I arranged along with my parents to set up a trust in 2010. To me it seemed very complex and to be truthful I didn't really understand it or how it should work.
My father died 2 years later and I spent time learning what was involved and how it worked. Contact was good and all questions were answered.
In 2020 my mum passed and the experience was rather different. Possibly because I like many am elderly myself . I like to speak to someone, ask questions, judge people's attitudes, build a relationship with a person you feel you can trust.
Internet, portals, passwords, I'd companies endless back and forth messages. It's not the world I grew up in and I often miss emails or part of emails as apparently I should have scrolled down !
I've recently been allocated Daniel Humphriss. What a breath of fresh air.
Ask a question....get an answer.
Ask it this morning ....get an answer this afternoon. Having set out my grievances when I first had contact with him he assured me he was available by phone should I want to use that vintage piece of equipment but to be fair he has been on my case chasing me and guiding me through the process so nothing has slipped or been missed.

I found May to be a very professional and proficient person who was excellent to deal with at all times. This company has caused nothing but heartbreak and stress to an already bereft son. It is so hard to watch my husband ( who is very ill himself) try and wade through the minefield that is ‘The Countywide group’ .
When My mother-in-law passed away she really thought she had done the right thing by protecting her husband and sons. But sadly NO. The company will not discuss anything by phone unless they receive payment, I’m not talking a small payment either ! My father in law has dementia and is in a home, he has been assessed as being unable to deal with his financial obligations but even this is not acceptable by the company , even though this was done via an official channel, the company now want an assessment of his ability to handle the trust ! Erm …. Hello ? He is unable to name his sons, know what day it is let alone what he had for his dinner ! This company is causing nothing but distress, stress, heartache, headaches, to name but a few. I had to write this as I am so disgusted with the way my husband and his brother have been treated. This has been going on for two years and it’s just gone full circle. No closer to finding a resolution. We have a solicitor and even they are not getting anywhere. Please please please can the problems be dealt with so my husband and his brother can move on with their lives and care for their father. The last two years have been solely trying to talk to someone and where they , who are beneficiaries in the will, so they know how to move on with dealing with the trust.

My mother passed away 2 years ago and my dad is in a care home as he has late stage Alzheimer's . When COVID hit my parents put their house in trust. Now my brother and I, who are LPA's for my dad, cannot get Countrywide to talk to us because everything that is sent to them is not good enough to prove that my father is not of sound mind to be a trustee for the trust. This is despite proof he is unable to look after himself or his finances. We have had to pay a solicitor who hasn't had any luck either . All that is left is to pay for a private capability assessment and then pay the extortionate amount of money they want just for a facetime meeting. I am at my wits end.

So countrywide were the trust for my late fathers estate. Customer service absolutely appalling. Having to chase the case officer for answers. Ringing the office to be told sorry he`s on the other line he will contact you back then waiting days for the contact. Being charged for work already carried out by a solicitor.
I had to put a score on here but if I could I would have scored lower. Very distressing as well as having to deal with the deaths of both my mother and father.
Would I recommend I certainly would not. If you want to waste your money go with Countrywide or you could set lite to your cash and throw it in the street.
both myself and my sister feel completely let down by this company.
I work in a customer service role and if I did my job like these charlatans people would die.
