Country Holidays Travel operates as a fraudulent travel company, luring customers with false promises to extract upfront payments of ₹1.82 lakhs, only to provide no services in return. They are widely believed to be the same people behind the previously closed 'Country Holidays Inn & Suites'. Operating with a very small team, they rely on persuasive sales tactics to scam people out of their money. If you leave a negative review, they will pressure you to take it down, often by dangling fake upgrade offers that require even more money

Fraud Company. They keep changing offices and constantly do rebranding because they cannot keep up with the customer satisfaction. What they promise and what they write in agreement is totally different. Never pay them a single penny. stay away when you see this name. Once you pay money, it is almost impossible to get back refund. I am chasing for refund since last 12 months. I get same email stating “we are looking into it”.

So much delay poor guidance

It is a fraud company.
Their sales rep committed a lot of things but when I got the agreement , there were so many conditions like if you book 2 rooms for a night we will deduct 3 nights from your membership.
Morover she said blackout is applicable from Dec end to Jan mid only for Goa. While agreement says its for any other place as well. When I confronted for all the issues they had no answers.I have been chasing for my refund from last 11 months and all I am getting is generic answers like “Our team is looking into it” just a delaying technique. They wont even confirm their new Delhi address so that I can send my lawyer.
Their sales rep does not pickup my phone anymore after I questioned about the agreement.
Stay away from this company if you dont want to lose money.

They made fake promises like:
e.g We will resolve everything by 15th Jan-> 28th Feb-> 10th Mar-> little more time-> additional time -> end of march-> we will call soon-> 18th June.
Neverending dates and fake promises.They are extending dates because they are “looking into” fake agreement they made.

Update 22nd June:
Now they are saying you can take an alternate package and use your funds for your vacation. In other words they are saying “we agree out sales rep scammed you but you forget getting your money back.”

Disliked: At times, communication could have been more timely.

Overall, my experience as an HR Intern was positive, and I appreciate the opportunity to work with the team. The work environment was supportive, and I gained exposure to the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with applicants.

One area for improvement would be to provide interns with more structured training, regular feedback, and greater exposure to different HR functions beyond recruitment. This would help interns develop a broader understanding of HR practices and enhance their overall learning experience.

Overall, it was a valuable opportunity to improve my communication, interviewing, and coordination skills.

Read this carefully——Country Holidays.. This company is fake and fraud, never take membership and neither pay any amount for Air Tickets. There is no one who is accountable to respond once the membership amount is paid and persons like Mukesh, Ravnit, Garima, Madhu, Robbin all are high level professional Frauds and will give you and your family all sweet assurances over mails and telephones, but don’t trust at all as this company is playing with innocent peoples by bluffing around with big scams. Be aware of Holiday schemes being offered by their Telemarketing Team those who comes with offer of Gifts for couples with sugar coated talks and never take them inside your house for any sort of meetings as they will come with one lady member to gain your trust while selling the membership.

Am going legal for recovery of my money lying with them…They have taken 1,25,000 on 27th January 26 for booking my Air Tickets To & Fro of my family tour for Malaysia & Singapore Tour for travelling on 19th March 26 , but neither they have done it and finally my travel plans got cancelled because of them.. n till date they are just giving false excuses and had not refunded me. I have more than 100 mail reminders given to all their Senior Teams, but each of them are fraud in this company.

So this time my travel was on 17th May 26 and I had only booked Hotel properties for Malaysia & Singapore from them and rests had booked on my own for family. Although before leaving from India, had reconfirmed on the booking several times on the status of Hotels, they’ve shared us the confirmation vouchers ( this is generated by them and fake, as Hotel property doesn’t have any bookings unless they pay them). When I reached to Langkawi, the Hotel was booked on my own as they were not willing to provide suitable properties, so it was decided to book for Kuala Lumpur after two days of my stay from Langkawi to proceed there, Garima called me up a day before and told me that due to some server related issues, we are unable to do the payment for the Hotel booked for my family at Malaysia, so you pay it on our behalf, we shall reimburse you the earlier pending amount and these one together within short time.. As I had no choice but to book on my own and had to bear additional amount spent without choice to safeguard my family stay as abroad where could we go at such situation.. This was really dirty game from Owner of Country Holidays.

From that day onwards, nothing has been reimbursed and neither my phone calls are attended and no response towards mails. Worst experience and very dangerous people are working with Country Holidays, the Owner whoever is behind this is a big criminal mind to make scams and does enjot by bluffing his customers.

Don’t fall prey as I had lost my 2.5 Lacs of Membership and 1.5 Lacs of Air Tickets amd 35k paid on my own for 2 nights at Malaysia.

They were incredibly patient while we discussed destinations, hotel choices, and travel preferences. I had a ton of questions before finalizing the booking because, as a woman traveler, the details are super important — cleanliness, hotel atmosphere, safety, transport arrangements, nearby attractions, and availability of support. Their team took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made me feel at ease even before the trip began.

What really stood out to me was the seamless coordination throughout the vacation. Typically, small issues can become quite stressful while traveling, especially when relying on a travel company. But during our trip, everything was handled professionally. Hotel check-ins were hassle-free, transportation was punctual, and the itinerary was perfectly balanced. We had plenty of time to unwind, snap photos, explore local spots, and genuinely enjoy the vacation instead of feeling rushed all the time.

The hotel experience was honestly one of my favorite aspects. The property was stunning, clean, tranquil, and family-friendly. The rooms were well-maintained, and the staff was polite and welcoming. Sometimes travel companies promise luxury but deliver mediocre stays, but thankfully that wasn’t the case here. The atmosphere felt safe and comfortable, which made the trip much more relaxing for me.

Another thing I really appreciated was the customer support. Even while we were on the trip, their team stayed in touch and responded whenever we needed assistance. It provided a sense of security that made the experience even better.

They are frauding customer by cancelling the tour packages and don’t even gave a refund.

I have taken the membership last year, membership ID is CHT 1057389. I'm writing here to let you know the truth. Guys pls don't take their membership or give them even 1 Rs of your hard earned money. This company is a fraud. We have wasted our Rs 2,40, 000 by taking their membership and booking the "COMPLIMENTARY HOLIDAY TO BALI" with them. We paid them additional Rs 1,10,000 for flights and attractions in the month of January for Bali trip scheduled in the month of March. It's MAY and they neither booked our ticket nor provided us refund. They have tortured us mentally and financially and now we are taking legal action against them. They have a standard email template and they will disturb you to the core for bookings. You will end up only wasting your money. This company is not scared of legal action as well. Don't come in the sweet talks of their sales person, CRM or GM and above and fall for this trap. But all the good reviews in here are done by their company people only, look at the long paragraphs and similar template. Don't fall for this trap by reading the good reviews because they aren't genuine at all. Beaware of people like Garima, Mukesh, Madhu etc. Once you have paid the money you can never contact them again because either you will be blocked or they will say they have left the company. On Monday, I got a call from the company's escalation team, the representative's name was PARUL. Such sweet talks she did, that maam I'll help you get a refund or book your trip. Now even she is not picking up. After keeping your money, they will play with your feelings and mental health both. Imagine spending Rs 2,40,000 and getting nothing and being mocked upon by the comapny people. Even after reading this review, if you go ahead to spend such huge amount of money, god bless you and I will only feel sorry for your loss.

I have made booking for Travel to UAE for which complete payment was taken from me in November 2025.
I was to travel on 19th Feb, however till date I have not received tickets nor visa.
When I am trying to reach out helpdesk on IVRS number 01207102121, it says number does not exists.
I am getting auto reply emails stating

"Hi Sumit

Apology for the inconvenience
Your will get the tickets in a while and team has already shared the hotel vouchers with you sir
"
Despite failed commitments at CHT end,
It has been 6 months, since I am following up through email and Phone calls but till date my hard earned money of 2.65 lacs has not been refunded.

Horrible company... Don't fall prey to this fraud company at all.

You might be approached by them in Movie theater or public places and once you fall for their fancy story, no one absolutely no one picks your call.

This is a fake company and never provide you holiday bookings. Never ever get their membership. Also, don’t pay them for any air-tickets booking. They never book tickets neither refund money. It’s a BIG SCAM company. Stay away from it.
