I had a somewhat complicated situation during my stay in Spain and was honestly quite stressed about everything. Dr. Julia Mercedes Astacio Corea was absolutely wonderful. She was extremely sympathetic, patient and professional, and took the time to actually listen to me and understand the situation rather than simply rushing through the consultation.
What I appreciated most was her kindness and understanding. She made me feel comfortable despite the circumstances, and I genuinely felt that she wanted to help me find an appropriate solution while still taking the necessary medical and regulatory considerations seriously.
Dr. Astacio Corea is an excellent doctor and a real credit to Costa Medical Services. I am very grateful for the way she handled my case and for the empathy she showed throughout the consultation.

I had forgotten my repeat prescription medication and left it in the UK. I contacted Costa, paid the €25 and got an email requesting my prescription and NHS info. Email with prescription came through 4 hours later and was cheaper than the NHS. Went to the local pharmacy in Mallorca and sorted immediately. I was able to provide all the info requested via screenshots etc and so there was no problems. I would certainly recommend Costa to anyone in a similar position. Excellent communication throughout.

Warm, supportive and extremely helpful team in Ayamonte. I don’t speak Spanish yet and they didn’t make this an issue, they translated everything made things clear and answered all my questions. I felt in safe hands. Highly recommend.

Honestly very unsure about the negative reviews and really glad I went with my own gut. My daughter has been swimming in the sea daily and seems to have swimmers ear. Her outer ear and the surrounding area is sore and red. I explained to the doctor and it was literally a 2 min conversation. She issued a prescription for a steroid/antibiotic ear drop combo and I received it via email a minute after the call ended. Picked it up from the pharmacy near me with no issues. I did get the call 6 minutes late and the video link in the email didn’t work but the appointment went smoothly and I’m so relieved. Highly recommend.

Service gone down hill? I booked an appointment, paid in advance and waited and waited and no one turned up. They kept saying someone is coming 3 hours later nothing. Stupidly booked another again no one. Now all correspondence has stopped and no refund. Should have read this site first.

Scam. Never rendered any service, but made sure to take €25 and didn't refund me when they said they would. Their customer service is also horrendous, tends to make things up, and treats you like you're inconveniencing them. I strongly recommend reporting them to the European Consumer Centre if you have a similar experience.

I paid for a consultation expecting a professional assessment regarding Mounjaro, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The doctor refused to prescribe it without providing any meaningful support, explanation, or discussion. No relevant questions were asked about my medical history, weight-loss goals, previous treatments, or overall suitability for the medication.

The consultation felt rushed and dismissive, and I left feeling that my concerns had not been properly considered. I would have expected a thorough evaluation before a decision was made. Unfortunately, I did not receive the level of care or engagement I paid for.

This online doctor has missed appointments, not sent through prescriptions for days on end ignoring emails. You have to pay up front and then they refuse to provide prescriptions against the general medical code of practice for dosage then state no cancellation policy? So pay up front, they say no and keep your money very poor service I would never use again please be aware they rip you off. I gave them several chances and they went even worse🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Scam service. Booked and paid for an appointment but no doctor called. Company not contactable via email, phone or WhatsApp. Appalling fake service scamming unwell people.

Excellent service from while I was on holiday in Tenerife.

I accidentally forgot one of my repeat prescription medications and contacted them via WhatsApp for assistance. After uploading screenshots from my My Care app confirming my identity and prescription details, they dealt with everything quickly, professionally, and without judgement.

Within a short time they sent me a PDF prescription which I was able to use at a pharmacy in Spain without any issues at all.

The service cost £25 plus the cost of the medication, which I found very reasonable for the speed, convenience, and peace of mind they provided.

Excellent communication throughout and a genuinely stress-free experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing urgent prescription assistance while abroad.

We needed an emergency appointment due to my wife forgetting her 3 essential medications when we came here from the UK to our villa in Marbella. For the on-line medical consultation with an English speaking doctor resulting in our required-prescriptions they were fast, attentive and as far as I’m concerned very fairly priced at €39. I’d definitely use them again.

I had a terrible experience with this service.

I booked an appointment with a doctor to get a spanish prescription for a Mounjaro pen to continue my treatment. I was asked to confirm the correct dosage with my doctor overseas, that is following my treatment since the beggining, which I did. After confirming everything, I sent them my doctor's prescription with the correct dosage, but the doctor from Costa Medical Services still prescribed a lower dosage than the one I am currently using.

I followed up multiple times by email explaining that the dosage was incorrect and that I cannot reduce it, but they kept insisting that everything had been confirmed with the doctor and was correct.

I even practically begged for a phone call with the same doctor to properly clarify the situation, and they simply ignored my request.

This was a complete waste of time and money. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional service!!!

Excellent services when i needed a doctor in Madrid. I made the appointment, very easy and has a good conversation with Dr Paulo who then issued me a prescription sent to my telephone. I used the prescription at the local pharmacy. All food. I was a little worried at the start as there were some bad reviews, but i called their number just before booking on Monday at 10am and I spoke to a lady called Eve, she answered all my questions. TOP SERVICE.

Professional personnel, was taken in charge quickly. The Dr; was very patient, took the time to hear my issues and suggested valuable piece of advice, moving forward I will be coming back to them with any health related issues I may face in the future! Great job!
