Pretty bad
I ordered from this site, since they had a 4.62 review record from Reviews.io and 125 reviews. Seemingly trustworthy, and I was emailed that my cosplay shipped, but wasn't given my tracking number until 10 days later, which wasn't the problem, but that even after getting emailed that it was shipped, it wasn't. The tracking number showed that the item wasn't even shipped yet until 12 days after being emailed that it was shipped, but shipping was quick from China, only being a week to arrive. After arriving, the cosplay was alright, not the best but not the worst, but for the button up top for the cosplay, the holes were way too small for buttons to the point it would have to cut the hole a bit bigger to fit the button, then the haori came in the wrong size, to the point that it was a child's size instead of adult. I reached out about the size of haori being wrong and to exchange it for the right size and waited for two days for a reply and they wanted the whole costume sent back for the exchange instead of just the haori or store credit. So, I decided not to deal with all the shipping and mostly no answers from customer support and accept the loss.
