I ordered 4x pairs of contact lenses and two of the pairs had been expired for around about two years, I phoned to see if they could be sent back for a replacement and was told the shipping costs would be my responsibility - the person I spoke to was pretty terrible with customer service (maybe just having a totally unenthused day?) and didn’t really seem to care in the slightest that they were well past the expiry date, the conversation was like pulling teeth. The stickers were so faded and yellowed you could hardly read the information on it, hard to miss. Given it’s a product for eyes I would have expected better care in their stock rotation, if I can check an expiry date I would think staff picking the products could too.
Pretty disappointing because they have a cool range of stuff but it’s well worth spending your money with suppliers that take more care with their products and customer service
