Tim was very informative and very patient with us when we visited the showroom as we didn't know what we wanted. The service we have received has been impeccable. The installers Matt and Damion were brilliant and the delivery and installation went smoothly. Would recommend them to anyone thinking of buying a tub.

I needed replacement steps for a holiday property at very short notice. Not able to wait for Amazon Prime, I contacted Cornish Hot Tubs, still expecting to be told they would need to be ordered. To my amazement, they had them in stock and available for collection that very day!

I picked Cornish Hot Tubs as my suppiler above one that is closer to me as their website showed that they had everything that I was considering buying.
I was not dissapointed. I visited their base at Indian Queens and had all my questions answered by their director. Their installation team were great. I was given plenty of instructions on how to operate my new purchase and how to know which chemicals and how much to add to the water.
I have since had advice on what to do to protect my hot tub during the current stormy weather.

The service provided by our engineer, Craig, was first class. He arrived on time, was efficient, explained what he was doing, and was generally brilliant

Damion is such a helpful engineer. I recently was having some minor issues with my water chemistry and he figured out the problem and gave some great advice on maintenance.

On initially meeting they were very helpful and accommodating as a first time customer in the showroom. Booked the service there and then, also gave advise on my additives for my hot tub.
Matt came out to service hot tub, very professional, polite, knowledgeable and informative. Completed the service to a very high standard left everything neat and tidy. While also being very approachable and friendly

Got exactly what we wanted at a reasonable price

Cornish Hot Tubs were really helpful setting up a service appointment for our hot tub. On the day, Simon was super efficient getting the hot tub filled and ready and it was all very hassle-free. We’ve never had a hot tub before but Simon was great at explaining everything and I now feel confident that we know how to look after it. Will definitely use them again for a service and for any maintenance issues in the future.

We researched a number of options with a lot of providers, and unlike a lot of the competition where you are subjected to a sales pitch, the advice given by Tim was informative and tailored to our requirements.
When it came to installation Cornish Hot Tubs were flexible with dates, and the team that carried out the install were very professional, and gave us comprehensive advice on how to use and maintain the tub.
All in all, it was a very good experience.
