1. My check out price was lower than what was taken from my card. When I checked out it showed as $82.09 and I also got an receipt with this amount, then the next day I got another invoice stating $87.14.. I reached out to customer service and they said that it's most likely an IT glitch smh. That's the second time this happens to me, over a year ago was the first time, so since then this IT glitch still isn't fixed?? Wow.. Won't be ordering here anymore.

2. One tie that came with the shirt has already malfunctioned after just a few hours use.. I haven't used the others as yet so I don't know how well they will hold up but I do pray that they do.

I always get what I ordered early or on time. Web site is very easy to use and you can’t beat the prices.

I have bought clothes for my toddler grand niece…16 months old. When the first box arrived at their home she was full of giggles at the clothes as my niece showed them to her. When the second box arrived, she picked out her favorite 2 outfits and carried then around with her.
It says a lot when a little girl loves the clothes. It say a lot, also when the mom also loves them. There is a second girl on the way and I am happy the clothes will get a lot to of use. I was also able to get little and big sister outfits for when the new baby arrives. Love the selections and the sizes.
Having the clothes delivered to the “girls” in a different state is a bonus. The cost of postage for me to mail things is outrageous. Love the shipping perks.

I ordered shirts for my grandchildren who have a school uniform with a logo embroidered on the front. Mistakenly I missed the section to include the embroidery, but with a few messages back and forth, the problem was resolved. The children received their shirts as part of their birthday gift. The sizing, quality of materials, and customer service are all excellent. Thank you cookieskids!

This was our first experience with Cookies and our order was not shipped as ordered. We ordered 10 packs and it was mixed 10 packs and 7 packs but not enough 7 packs to make up for the total quantity. We were not informed of the changes and didn't get all that we need. We were charged the same for the 7 and 10 packs. How do you make that kind of decision without the customer's permission?

When ordering from Cookies, one item I purchased was in smaller size. I contacted a representative of Cookies and they assisted me in returning my purchase. I now have a store credit that I can use at my leisure. I love Cookies and I have been buying from them for over 49 years.
