I bought something for my granddaughter. She opened it at Xmas. It was the first time the bag was ever opened, and I noticed an outfit missing. My granddaughter was disappointed but I thought I would get a refund and buy her it again. But no!!!! I have been emailing, chatting, calling them only to be ignored. Then after 10 emails they told me they would not even listen to me cause I threw the bag away.! I still am fighting for my refund. I even found the bag and they told me they put into investigation with the carrier?!! That doesn’t make sense. I got the bag, it was fine. They forgot to put an item in there! One person even called me a lair. Saying she KNOWS it was in there! Not one person has listened to me. And after days, I’m still fighting for a $6.99 refund! DO NOT BUY from them

MISSING AND USED USED USED ITEM!! ordered crayola building blocks with crayon set. Box was damaged, open, missing plastic covering, coloring sheets, CRACKED PLASTIC TRAY and USED crayons. Clearly another kid had his fun and brought it back. What a shame. Marketing used toys as new. Will NEVER buy here ever again.

Don't buy here! If you are missing any item(s) they will take you to no end to correct the matter! They want the customer to do unnecessary things like take pictures of the items they received and the labels. Something that's seemingly THEIR fault, they make the customer out to be a liar. I will NEVER order from these wicked SATANIC CROOKS again!!!!

Horrible upon horrible again! Received my order yesterday and it was missing 1 item. They wanted me to send pictures of my order, the box plus the label. VERY INCONVENIENT!!! Plus, they think the customers are liars since they fail to make it right. My last order included items I never ordered that someone working there put in the box and I was honest and returned ALL items back.

Now, for 1 missing item, I have to prove to them that what I ordered was missing. If I was sneaky, I could have kept all the clothes they sent me that I NEVER ORDERED that the packer put into my shipment so why lie about 1 item that cost probably near $130 less than the mistake they sent me? So odd!

If they don't rectify this situation I will be filing a dispute with my bank because they aren't going to keep my money for something I never received!!!!! Even though I've placed multiple orders here over the years, my business is best valued with other companies that can own up to their mistakes instead of making the customer out to be a liar!! I will never order from this company again and my money better be refunded within 1 week!!!!!!

I've used this site for clothing for my son a few times before my last experience. I liked them a lot until I experienced the terrible customer service. I received the purchased box of clothing earlier this week. I contacted the company, because a security monitor was still attached to an outfit. They've yet to respond to my email, so I tried removing it myself. Then, after washing I noticed that the shirt is the right size and the pants are a size down. Contacted them on that as well and I have yet to hear back about the situation. But they have not hesitated to send emails about discounts on my next purchase. 🤦🏾‍♀️ If no response is received this will definitely be my last experience with this company.

I purchased baby clothing on this site last Oct 29, 2020. On their website, for international shipping will take 7+2 days. Sent through USPS that there's no update since Nov 7, 2020. I sent email to them and just simply said that they cannot help me anymore! Contacting USPS is as worst as nightmare! Until now Nov 23!!!!!, there's no update yet. I should think that i won't receive it anymore! Ordering online, always costumers are the losers especially if the company is incompetent and doesn't care about their online costumers as long as they got the payment! Well you cannot help me with this, then this is your rate!

This company is the worse by far. I placed an order for a girls 3pc outfit size 7/8 and received instead, a regular T-shirt size 14/16. Contacted them and they want pictures of packaging, labels. Who keeps that after a package has been opened?? I order atleast 7 items in this purchase and all others were great except for the item I did not purchase and the item I purchased and did not receive. Have contacted them several of times and they keep telling me there is nothing they can do unless I send in a picture of the packaging the item came in. I sent pictures of shirt I did not purchase gave them the order number as well as a picture of the item I should have received. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE. A kids birthday gift has been ruined over something so simple that could have easily been resolved.

I Am yet to receive my package my daughter birthday is in a few days I ORDER the package to be shipped to my florida address they took one week to confirm the order which after two weeks I was told they had issues with a suit I order , told me they were packaging to ship almost a month and all I can hear Is items in transit ...

I had a great experience!! Found exactly what I was looking for (black 100% cotton long john set for a 3 year old) way cheaper than anywhere else, even with shipping, bought it on a Sunday and it came Wednesday. Super fast! And it is a quality garment, exactly what I wanted. Will definitely order from them again.

got all the way to the post office in my town and they issued a return to sender so I've been waiting over 3 weeks for my clothes. by the time they get here my newborn won't fit in them. not worth the wait

I was very scared ordering because of the reviews that was online,but I took a risk and order some stuff and I want to say I love everything I bought. And also they arrived on time and they r beautiful. 😊😊😊

My order arrived pretty fast the only thing was that the box was completely crushed and destroyed. I don't know what happened but to say the least the shoes were still intact

They never send the right item return once and was sent the same item I will never order from this company ever again

This company is a scam. The product is of horrible quality and not consistent with standard US size grades.
After waiting 20 min on a call with customers service, the agent was unprofessional and not helpful at all.

Additionally, this company might be milking some contracts with postage companies as the shipment rates are exorbitant and not justified by services/shipment terms. I am looking to raise a complaint with proper regulatory agencies, will be posting updates here.

UPDATE 9/25: Fyi - If you are trying to process a return, this scam company wants you to pay for the return shipment.

I didn't even want to give them one star I will never buy from this company again unreliable unprofessional and no customer service experience at all. Sorry for the inconvenience is not professional and is not how you keep customers satisfied not following up why the couriers you choice to use are not delivering yet won't investigate until you receive your order well we will see.

We bought a nice looking dress for our daughter and the quality was incredibly poor. The clothes were a size too small and the designs on it left very sharp stickers that left red marks all over her skin. I will never give them another dollar or moment of my time.

Ordered item and paid more for the shipping than for the item because I was assured it would be delivered in 2 days. 5 days later I get the item. Nice scam. When I contacted them they disabled my ability to rate the customer service before I was able to do it.

Horrible experience with customer service!

I ordered 2 outfits for my granddaughters and I got them pretty quick but they was too small so I contacted them to do an exchange and the person on the phone said they had the same outfits in a bigger size, so they sent me return labels in my email that I had to print and then I get an email saying one of the outfits was out of stock. But before that email I got an email saying that I didn't have enough funds on my card to cover more shipping. I ask for a refund for both outfits. They only refunded me $2.40 on one outfit and $5. something on the other. You don't get what you actually spent back. And why do I have to pay $7. dollars to return them if I actually printed the return label? I don't recommend this company to nobody. They are a rip off.
