I have also reached out to the CMS Director for advice on matters outside their specialization. If she can’t help, she will provide guidance and direct us towards the right solution.

Overall, they will find a tailor-made law firm to meet your specific needs. Once a law firm is selected, CMS will follow up on the progress of your conveyancing process.

I want to start by saying that Sharon at CMS was absolutely professional, helpful, and responsive throughout the process. She clearly cared about providing good service and was a pleasure to deal with.

However, the firm she referred me to – PCS Legal – was a completely different story. They were unresponsive to calls and emails, provided no updates, and left me feeling completely in the dark. Trying to get any information from them was frustrating and exhausting, and raising concerns felt like talking to a wall. There was no accountability and certainly no sense of urgency or client care.

Overall, the experience really depends on who CMS refers you to. While Sharon was fantastic, the referral to PCS Legal was deeply disappointing—especially since, once the process started, Sharon had limited ability to step in or help manage the issues I faced with them.

Don't use these people . I though I had employed these people to purchase a property for me . Only to find they cant do that and they send it out to other law firms. The one I got sent to took 7 month to complete
