Cannot recommend Contestor more! Our paralegal was responsive, answered all of our questions and two weeks before the hearing the parking company cancelled the case.

Contestors fee is very reasonable for their service and we are thrilled to not have to go to court (which is priceless really!).

A review of two halves (unfortunately as I don't believe this is a regular issue) communication with my allocated case handler was very poor, not being listened to, not informed or updated regarding processes, it was incredibly stressful. I was about to give up and settle when I rang the office and Charlotte and Aleksandra had the case dropped within days. If I had dealt with them from the beginning, this would have absolutely been 5 stars
