Have used contact lenses.co.uk regularly over the past three years and have never had a problem. The ordering process is simple and I’m always amazed how quickly the lenses arrive. Their fulfilment operation must be something else. They frequently arrive the next day - even using regular first class post. The lenses themselves are well-packaged and arrive safely. I would recommend them to anyone. Just make sure you have your prescription ready for the first order. The more detailed the better to ensure you pick the right lenses for you.

I wasn't happy this time. I always order from here as I always get my contact lenses a day or 2 days after ordering them. But this time round they didn't arrive for 5 days. Do I was without contact lenses. Disappointed really. I rely on them coming soon. Hence why I use them

Been using this company for many years and usually reliable, quick delivery and easy to order.
Recently they’ve almost never had my brand in stock which means I’m using different lenses every few months.
Also I used to be able to give the person on the other end of the phone my card number and it was done. Now they need to e mail you a link which you have to click on and follow then input your card details
On line. After that it’s into my account to verify the payment then return to this site to finalise the order. Too much faffing for no good reason!

I am a happy customer of Contact lenses.co.uk.......for many years now. However, as I get older, I am more nervous about purchasing over the internet. In an email from Contact Lenses to customers who have problems logging in, you say 'Just ring this number and we will sort everything'. I was so happy to see this as I am so nervous about internet. However when I ring, you tell me that I cannot order over the phone...! So I think you need to clarify this in your email...!

If you can enable purchasing over the phone again, I think you will have many more customers.....many of us just do not risk online anymore....fraud is everywhere...
