They make you put in your arrival times but these have no relevance to the booking. We got there at 6am and were waiting until around 6:55 for a driver to turn up. Had several calls with them and every time was told 5 minutes or they needed to speak to the driver. You also have to pay for the actual parking where you meet, so it cost around £40 total by the time they turned up. Also, their addresses take you to the wrong place, they take you to quick drop off and not the car park they meet you at.

We had a really awful experience with this parking service for Bristol airport at Stable Cottage in Langford BS40 5EX. The site could only be found using 'what-three-words', Google Maps could not find it despite all the details including postcode being used to search. When we arrived it became clear why: the parking site was down a dirt track and in a yard best described as dodgy. It all seemed very unprofessional. The waiting time for the shuttle was 30 minutes despite us phoning and highlighting that we were running late due to Google Maps directing us to a site 35 minutes away. The attendant was clearly overwhelmed and there was no toilet on site. We ended up having to drive to the airport ourselves to not miss bag drop off and then parking there at additional expense.

Quick and easy online service, good choice of providers

Booking was very easy and the price very comparable. Just hope the service when we use the meet and greet is as good. So far so good.

Didn’t turn up on time. Had to leave the car otherwise would’ve missed the flight. 0/10, now have to spend £140 on parking the car in short stay. Mega out of pocket, would not recommend to anyone

Awful. I was kept waiting 40 minutes at 3am to get my car despite calling them at baggage as advised and keeping them up to date with my journey. I was travelling with young children. To top it off I found the key card to my Tesla rammed into the cup holder so it’s now bent and misshapen. I’m beyond disappointed with this and now have an expense to pay to get a new key card. My car was also filthy on return. DO NOT BOOK

Cheaper than others but definitely won't be booking with them again - two damage to the car, very slow drop off and pick up, highly incompetent verbal communication skills.

Dropping the car off was not a problem very efficient but when we called to get pick up after our holiday I was told the driver would be outside waiting for us. I then recieved a call to say the driver was waiting but got to the pick up point to find no transport to take myself and my party back to the car. We called back but no one answered ether phone which I found annoying but what made it worse was we’d waited over an hour after the first initial call but two people beside us were waiting for the same people to pick them up and they’d been waiting over an hour and a half for they’re pick up. This is not the way too treat your customers while we were waiting several different transport companies had made several round trips while we just waited for one. Safe to say we will not be using this service again. Also the car park was on a farm dirt track so our luggage was dirty before the trip. Not good.

The experience I had was, they never answered the phone and when they did they were abrupt and hard to understand. I wouldn’t do this one again and wouldn’t recommend.

This company is big scammers don’t use this web site.The company is registered under company parking and the director is Mr Ur Rehman. The company is owned by by several directors and once you pay you will be sent bogus mobile number and no one will turn up . Avoid this company

Good location, but they sting every car £15 for the barrier toll when they only have to pay that for the minibus !! Making loads of money from it, also the shuttle is terrible 1.5 hour wait time for a bus back is unacceptable, one minibus service came 4 times whilst we waited for ours,

Rude does not do Linda justice. She kept me waiting several minutes. Responded with “REF NUMBER” and “SO”. She ignored every question I asked. Along with booking a meet and greet service and being given a P&R service. When I realised and emailed to have this changed I was met with resistance and complete failure to understand. I was continually being asked to phone in instead of the agent answering the email. Almost 30 emails later it was changed to meet and greet and finally I had the proper instructions on how to use the service.

Utterly disgusting service from disgustingly rude agents.

I have never used such an incompetent company before! I definitely would NOT recommend, the man on the phone was extremely rude. It’s supposed to be “meet and greet “ on our departure from Stansted we were asked to call this company half before our arrival to the airport and when we got there we then had to wait half an hour for someone to meet and greet us, I paid roughly £70 for this service and then I had to pay £13 on top of that for the parking and was on arrival AND departure!! When I booked this service I had pre arranged for our car to be with us on arrival at Stansted Airport at 2pm but was also told to call half an hour (which I did, my car was arrived back to me at 2.45pm at a car park that was about a mile walk away from the airport with luggage in tow!! I have never experienced such disgusting service before and I will never use them again!!!!

Includes non approved suppliers without an onsite presence and that charge you for the short stay parking for drop off and pick up.

Forgot to read the details on the drop off point at T2 Heathrow and had to pay twice £8.00 to reach level 4. Dropped car off ok. And continued for 5 days away. After 2 days the Mercedes app stated the car was moved and I googled the location and it was a normal street 15 minutes away, then a day later the car moved again to another street, certainly not secure parking. Called with 15 minutes to go when landed and went to T2 lvl 4. 20 minutes had past and checked app and car not moved, called again and was told sorry sent driver to wrong compound! Out and out lie. Car arrived in 45 minutes and I checked car quickly and drove home. Noticed 4 days later when hand washing the car it had a front bumper scratch and 3 small dents on the passenger door. Cannot prove anything but it is my opinion it happened in the time with these cowboys. Avoid like the plague!

If I could give it zero stars I would! Worst bunch of cowboys I have EVER dealt with - do NOT trust the fake Trustpilot reviews on their website! New Farm Park are an illegal car park that were served with a notice to close by Essex County Council in 2025. Because they are appealing it they can somehow continue to operate it in the interim - and have massively expanded. They trash customer cars, joyride them through Elsenham at speed and don't respond to complaints. They were recently the subject of a BBC investigation into airport parking scams. They absolutely destroyed my elderly father's car - it had to be scrapped at great expense. This car park is nowhere near the airport either so we almost missed our flights (once you're there, you have to wait forever for really infrequent and very dodgy so-called "shuttles" that oh - they charge you extra for!). They don't even drop you off at the airport but by the Radisson Blu Hotel. We waited forever in the cold to be picked up after our flights only to find our car completely trashed in a totally different part of the field (to call it a car park would be generous). DO NOT TRUST THESE ABSOLUTE COWBOYS! This is a massive SCAM!

The Luton meet and greet didn't make it clear that we have to pay £7 drop off and £7 pick up plus it's non refundable

I am absolutely appalled at the service we have received through this company for our holiday. The service recieved on outward journey was not what we book. And the service on our return was nothing short of appalling.

We booked the meet and greet service from Stansted for our flight to paphos. We chose the meet and greet due to travelling with 2 young children and my 83 year old grandad. We called 30 minutes before arrival as requested, to which we were told to go to the orange car park. We then arrived at the orange car park for it to be closed. So I rang back and was told ‘yeah go to green instead’. This entailed a 7/8 minute walk up ramps which was extremely difficult for my granddad and not the ‘meet and greet’ service which they have advertised that we booked.

Upon our return this evening we once again did as requested, we arrived and reclaimed our baggage and then called, on this call we were told our cars were once again in the green car park - not the meet and greet service we booked - and that someone would be there in 30 minutes with our keys.
No one arrived with our keys, so we called again, to this time be told they were on the wheel arches of our cars, so please explain to me why we were again given the wrong instructions by the team on the phone?
Once we managed to get the tickets out of the cars to pay the £13 we got to the machines, one ticket wouldn’t work at all, and the other had a charge of £21 because our car had been delivered earlier than our call, and then we’d waited around for 30 minutes for someone to arrive with our keys that’s never showed!
I called the arrivals number from the email as we needed assistance and couldn’t get out of the car park without paying for the ticket that wasn’t working. During this call I was just repeatedly told by the very unhelpful person to just use another barrier. When I asked him to explain what he meant he just repeated you can pay for the ticket at another barrier. We had tried it on all 3 ticket machines with no luck. I was then told he didn’t know why the ticket wasn’t working and to contact customer services for help before they hung up.

To say I’m highly disappointed in the service provided is an understatement and I would definitely warn people against using this service in future as I would honestly hate for anyone else’s holiday to end the way ours has this evening.
The stress caused has been extremely unnecessary and could have been avoided if staff had been able to communicate clearly and affectively.

I have emailed the company for clarification on why their staff can’t give the correct instructions and why they don’t provide the meet and greet service they advertise and look forward to seeing their response.

DO NOT USE this is a fake comparison site that is linked with the illegal and unlicensed parking operation at New Farm Elsenham/Stansted - subject to a recent BBC expose. Rude, aggressive, lawless. They totalled my car but don't answer calls. Worst service I've ever experienced.
