We Bought a Second One!!!!

Our Granddaughter has special needs and is always uncomfortable in most chairs that can support her. We have tried other "bean bags" but this Comfy Sack is so much more! Big enough for her to grow into, for her mom or someone else to cuddle in with her. Her cousins even fit for now as they all spend time together and they are loving it. Perfect place for naps too!
We bought if for our house and now we just ordered a second for her to replace it because she took it home with her.

Good value & great customer support!

Happy with the size and the quality of the premium cover we ordered. Only wish there was more foam as right now the cover has a lot of empty space inside to move around. There is also a strong chemical smell that made me a little dizzy after sitting in the chair for a while. Hoping that goes away after a few weeks.

An update from a few months later - as I thought, the smell ended up going away after a few weeks. Also, a big thanks to Janice for helping to ship me some extra fill to help fluff up the bag. My only regret is not getting a bigger one!

We are very happy that you are enjoying your product and yes that smell will be gone shortly as it is just the smell of freshly cut foam and should have already been gone by the time you got it!

Order Lost - Replaced Immediately

There was a delivery problem early on that was not the Comfy Sack's fault (FedEx screwed up). The customer service rep Janice was super nice and helpful in resolving the delivery issue and even offered to reimburse part of the cost for the inconvenience. Comfy Sacks went above and beyond to make sure my order was complete and that I was satisfied with my order and delivery, which I definitely am. I cant say enough about their customer service. Amazing! Thank you!! (and thank you for the generous bonus :-))

I got the 8 foot sack

I got the 8 foot sack, I had to contact customer service 3 times to get more foam because it wasn't the right size. They gave me a discount on the price. Because of having to deal with the fill.

Top rate customer service

I wrote a review on here and immediately the customer service got ahold of me and fixed it. As soon as they knew there was issue it was taken care of. Amazing job over there.

Orders are not cancelled without direct permission from customers! If you see your tracking states it was cancelled it is more than likely due to the fact that the tracking itself was cancelled due to clerical issues and a new one was generated! A great business

A great business! I am so sorry it took me so long to review because I got exceptional service. I was buying the bean bag for a Christmas present. The one I ordered wasn't available and they called me about a substitution. It was December. 21 and I got it in time for Christmas. Just amazing. I wish I remembered the employees that were involved because they were awesome and saved Christmas! My granddaughter loved the gift, btw. High quality. THank you so much. I will recommend.
