Did my bedroom and bathroom very happy with the work and will be using him for all my home refurbishment

We just had our bath and shower room done and it looks absolutely amazing. There were some challenges with design and finishing times. In all I'm thankful that Ose was patient and pleasant throughout the process

Had work on my kitchen done last year.

Was a 1 month delayed start despite having already taking a 4 figure deposit weeks before start date.

This was then followed by poor excuses, requests for advance payments before previously agreed timelines, posting my kitchen on social media without permission, and now having gas/electrical issues in the kitchen due to poor fitting.

Aesthetically the kitchen looked nice on completion, however a third party inspector asked us if this was a DIY job, after seeing the way gas and electricals were fitted. The repairs will now cost me time, money and a complete inconvenience.

If your looking to use Ose, be vigilant no matter how friendly he may seem.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Dealing with Ose was one of the most stressful and unprofessional experiences I’ve had. He was hired for electrical work, underfloor heating, and flooring. He initially demanded a 60% deposit (despite me supplying all materials), then settled on 25% after push back from me- which was nearly £2,000. Once he had my funds, he delayed the start date on four separate occasions with different excuses, delaying starting by over 6 weeks. On the morning he was due to begin, he cancelled at 4am by text, citing “pressure from other jobs” and “cash flow issues,” saying he also couldn’t return my deposit. It was clear he used my funds to support other jobs. I reported him to my bank for fraud, and only after his business account was frozen did he return my money- with no accountability, or compensation, despite promising to round it up. Avoid this contractor at all costs. He is completely untrustworthy, manipulative, unreliable, and not fit to take on client work.

Ose is incredible value for money, and I’ve recommended him to so many people already. I first contacted Comeshandy just to have my cooker fitted into the worktop, but we ended up trusting Ose with the renovation of our entire home — and he delivered beyond expectations. He brought great ideas to the table and handled everything from rewiring the house and installing spotlights to creating a toilet under the stairs, building a stunning media wall with a fireplace, painting, fixing doors and handles, fitting our heater/AC unit, and even paving our backyard in time for our wedding ceremony. I hired OSE for a kitchen renovation, and it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. What should have been a straightforward project turned into months of frustration, poor workmanship, and endless excuses.

First off, the quality of the work was abysmal. The countertops were scratched and uneven, and the grout started cracking within weeks.
They used cheap materials despite promising high-end finishes, and now I'm left with a kitchen that looks worse than before and needs fixing by someone else.

Delays were constant. The job was supposed to take 4 weeks but dragged on for over 3 months. Every time I asked for an update, it was excuse after excuse: "materials delayed," "team member sick," "van needs new tyre" . They never stuck to the timeline, and I had to chase them repeatedly just to get them on site.

Communication was non-existent. Calls went unanswered, texts ignored for days, and emails? Forget it. They'd only respond when they wanted more money. Speaking of which, he demanded a massive deposit upfront—2 grand—and then manipulated me for more because he had "cash flow issues"

I wouldn't recommend OSE to my worst enemy. Save your money and sanity—go with a reputable builder instead. This experience cost me thousands in corrections and lost time. Zero stars if I could!

First time working with this company i found them on FB and saw the pictures of there work they also have quite a large following.
Today they put up three lantern glass pendant lamps which look even better in reality the online pictures did them no justice, Ose was really efficient and informative, it was pleasure to have access to his service i will absolutely book him in the future for other projects in my home.

Work looks good online however when you come across him nothing short of an appalling experience .

Takes a large deposit from you, then makes up many reasons as to why everything is delayed. The quality of work and communication from him and his team is abysmal.

Uses cash flow issues as an excuse alongside other petty excuses and lies , then takes on other jobs and doesn’t finish the work , he repeats this…

avoid this guy, have reported to the trading standards as it looks like he has been doing this to several people .

Tenant has now complained several times about the shoddy work done

He gets family and friend to write fake 5* reviews .. get a real reference from
People if you want to use his service

Awful experience with Ose, he is the definition of a rouge builder. He took my deposit and never did any work. Just delays, delays and excuses. Several other past clients have reported similar experiences with him across multiple review platforms. Any positive review on here likely fake and written by him and his family. AVOID at all costs.

Oseh and his team did a great job renovating the bathroom in our house, very efficient and great at what they do! Would recommend

Be aware of Osehon Comeshandy Constructions and avoid at all costs.Takes a large deposit from you weeks before the start date only to come with further delays.

Ose and his team did a Job for my mum about a year ago, it was a Kitchen/ home renovation. The quality was good and I really love the attention to detail

Absolutely unprofessional behaviour from this builder. I’m still waiting, - 12 months later - for work to be finished on my household renovations (kitchen and bathroom installation, patio doors, replace lead piping, replace bannisters) that should have taken 8-10 weeks tops. The renovations began well in July 2024 with some very good subcontractors etc. then around October 2024 he stopped paying them and tried to do a lot of the remaining jobs himself with sporadic visits to site - shoddily. After months of excuses with further cancellations and delays, he then disappeared completely in March 2025. Snags still remain incomplete: exposed wires; ruined kitchen parts strewn around; and rubbish left on site including bags of expired concrete. Oseh is a professional prevaricator and rogue trader. He only got back in touch when I sent him a letter before court mid July 2025, he promised to tun up on 8th September to complete the work. Morning of 8th September I get voice note from Oseh with more excuses, wanting to delay for yet ANOTHER 4 weeks! He takes on smaller jobs, manipulating clients for more money by offering to do extra work, which he then abandons and uses to pay off other projects he is behind on. He is an expert at slimy excuses and empty apologies. Rather than take accountability and make good the jobs he messed up and abandoned, I notice he has paid for a brand new website design and continues to take on more new clients! He has repeatedly failed in his legal obligations and refuses to be accountable.
