I placed an order in November consisting of pre order funkos , I recieved them just before Christmas however one (a grinch funko) was missing , I waited a while in case it was coming separately but it didn't arrive , I sent a message on the 30th January to say it was missing and I got a response saying that they would send me a grinch funko out asap .

So I thought great I waited but nothing came I sent à message on the 16th February no reply , I sent a message 21 February but still no reply , I have sent another message today 26 February but I bet I won't get a responses , I am so angry , the customer service is terrible , I will never shop here again and I would recommend others don't either

Purely down to the aftercare. One of the three boxes that turned up was damaged and the fact it was packaged so well makes me believe it was damaged prior to being put in the box but on wanting an exchange I was told to return the item at my own expense or I could get an 89p refund on and £8.99 product. It wasn’t worthwhile returning it as it would have cost me too much. These items are collectibles. It’s in the shops name “Collekt”!!! Just wouldn’t order again from them again.

**Reply to Collekt reply on the 26th Feb** I did want an exchange for my damaged product but not at my expense as I don't think I should have to pay to replace a damaged product. So your reply is unwarranted.

3months later the order still hasn't been fulfilled and my emails aren't being answered.

One part of my order was sent in the wrong size so was returned but only partially refunded (awful customer service) another part arrived after 2 months and another part there is still total silence on.

Worse than pop in a box.

Update April 12th Still no refund or contact from collekt. This is just getting ridiculous now!! Multiple more emails have been sent without reply.

A great variety of products, lots of excellent exclusives otherwise unavailable in the UK!

Used once so far, will definitely use again and have also recommended to a few friends :)

I ordered two Legion of Collectors Boxes mid year 2017 and both came fine.

However, after placing an order in December for a January box i've hit a brick wall with them.

In Mid January when the box should've arrived I contacted them to ask when it was being to be dispatched only to be told that 'it would be sometime this week.'

Nothing came.

I recontacted them the week after, getting more anxious about the delivery as it was for a gift. Again I was told that they 'were expecting items this week and it would dispatch straight away.'

Still nothing came.

I waited another two weeks and contacted them again and got the same response of 'it will be here this week and then we will dispatch.'

After waiting again I emailed on friday asking if I could just cancel the order as it was not going to be here within the time limit that I needed it for.

I had no response from this and emailed them again yesterday asking once again if I could cancel and have a refund.

No response, hence why I have taken to posting on here so that they have to deal with it as when it's to do with a cancellation that isn't public facing they don't seem to care. They were quick to answer within hours when asking where it was (probably to try and stop me from cancelling) but as soon as I ask outright to cancel they are nowhere to be found.

If this is not dealt with through here I will just get the bank to take my money back from them. It is beyond a joke having this difficult of a time to get something.

Disgusting customer service. Buy your POPS! Elsewhere.

Told me my item had been delivered, when it clearly hadn't. When they provided a tracking number, it was for a totally different order.

When it takes well over a week to get a reply from their customer service, this isn't ideal...

Then, Because of THEIR errors, I ask to cancel my order they proceed to tell me I must pay a CANCELLATION FEE.

What a frustrating company. PLEASE STAY AWAY, UN-PROFESSIONALISM at its finest.

Can't fault the service that you receive from Collect, items are always well packaged and always putting great offers on the website

DO NOT USE THEM! A bunch of us just got ripped off, paid money and now fidn out that they have ceased trading. Avoid at all costs!

These guys do a fantastic job. Items are wll packaged and always in tip top condition. Latest order was the Jimi Hendrix with the burning guitar,and I couldn't be happier. People say they are expensive but when you factor in import duties and shipping (all of which is covered) i's actually cheaper than trying to get from the States directly.

A really good way to get those hard to get pops that you've been wanting for ages.

Fast and speedy delivery, faultless

Sent me a damaged pop and refused to replace it. They also use Yodel as the delivery service which guarantees a bad experience. Won't be using Collekt again.

Perfect, very well packed and one of them even had a case protector. Very pleased and will buy again!

It's not made clear enough when purchasing items that money is taken immediately for pre-orders (which can be months away from being released). Worse, they charge a hefty fee for cancelling an item - even within a short amount of time. That kind of thing just encourages me to shop elsewhere.

Great company to easily get hold of the American exclusives without having to buy on ebay or pay over the odds on customs fees. Customer service has always been friendly too. I use them a lot and would highly recommend them.
