Terrible company! Ordered pops at full price and was told in confidence (on Facebook chat) that they were in mint condition, however when they arrived they were all damaged!! They'll say anything to get a sale! Dispatch times are also a disgrace...

Very poor customer service, promise contact in 48 hours but never reply to any emails, sent 4 in 2 weeks with no replies, just empty promises.

Terrible customer service. I ordered an item as a present for someone nearly six weeks ago which was paid for and no sign yet. I’ve emailed loads of times and got one reply to my first email saying it was being posted that week, no sign so I’ve emailed 3/4 since and no reply. Would never buy from this website again.

Ordered pops that I assumed would be mint (especially for the over inflated price) however the box was extremely damaged (creases everywhere and dents to window)

When I asked for a simple return and replacement I was told I can't because of their return's policy! Never will I buy from these crooks again! Save your money and go elsewhere!

I have never had a problem with the site, only wanting for one pop that hasn't come yet. Always hearing people complaining that they orders haven't come, but I think they are being impatience. Mine always arrive in good condition. Will continue to uss collekt.

Really good website. Prices reflect the rarity of items available so may not be for everyone, but for collectors this is one of the best uk websites for various collectables.

Service was good and delivery was fast, but item arrived with a misty stain on the plastic window and a dent on the side of the box. Bit disappointing as I'm a collector and keep all items sealed in box.

The item arrived in great condition and a fair price and very timely, contrary to some things I had heard. Glad I gave them a try.

Theres alot of places to buy pop vinyl on line. Most are hit and miss especialy when it comes to the delivery. Collekt on the other hand is a hit everytime. Great prices and supper deals too.

Very happy with the customer service and the treatment, they did not take long to answer me and resolve a question I had about my shipment. If I have to put some snag I think some exclusive figures are at exorbitant prices and it would be nice that from time to time they lower a bit of price in a punctual offer, apart from the draw that you make of the grails that I personally love, because Today I have not seen any company that does something similar and I know a few.

Terrible terrible company! I've ordered a few times from them before and never had a problem until January when I ordered two items in their sale and to put a long story short I only received one. Tried multiple times to contact them through email and never got a response. Eventually got a response on Facebook that said the missing pop would be sent out ASAP but 2 months later I still hadn't received anything. It also took 3 weeks for the items to be dispatched in the first place even though they said they were in stock. They also took an unauthorised payment of £5 out my paypal account for no reason and guess what they ignored my messages about that as well! Had to escalate a claim with PayPal to get a refund where the company had the cheek to offer me a partial refund (clearly admitting they never sent the pop after they tried to say they did) I persevered and thankfully got the full amount back. AVOID this company folks use forbidden planet international and popcultcha for exclusive pops

This is a great site great range of items shame postage isn't faster and never received last order and ordered it months ago :(

unlawful terms and conditions, misleading statements, allegedly only marking up chase pops if overstocked.
Bad customer service, trying to take a reputable domain down in some sort of petty bitterness as far as i can see.

why would you buy a domain name used by a competitor and redirect it your site?

Complete disregard to consumer rights and distance selling regulations.

Bad bad website, they force you to pay for 48 hour recorded delivery but take ages to ship it in the first place so it's redundant to do so and everything is ALWAYS damaged when it arrives I've ordered 4 times from this site and my orders have always been damaged and when I complained they just ignored my email and photos of the pop I sent, so I'm £20 down with a mangled pop box and they don't even care enough to reply to my email.

Avoid this website at all cost if you want something go to Forbidden Planet Internation, Amazon or eBay first do not use this site, you've been warned.

Edit: They also deleted any comment you make and block you if you're warning people about their horrible service when they ignore emails about damaged and missing goods. They're also in violation of the customer protection act as they falsely advertise about their mystery boxes.

I ordered from this company once before and had no issues, I ordered several items on layaway in Jan for my son's birthday in may.
I paid for 48hr delivery and paid up my layaway items 2 weeks ago and haven't received my order.

my password was reset (not by me) so had to go in and reset it again to view my account. I then sent several emails and received no replies at all.
I explained my son has autism and these are the gifts he chose and helped order for his birthday & how important these are to him and how being upset can add to upset behaviour . Again no response!

I asked for them to give me a straight answer, if they will full-fill my order or not. if they were at least refund my extra delivery charge as its been 2 wks.

these items should all be in stock, 3 of them were in the Jan sale and showed in stock at the time or my order.
they were happy to reply when I wanted to pay my final payment early (to ensure delivery on time) but when it involved fulfilling my order I have had no response.

They have turned off messaging on their fb page, so there is no other way to contact them.

I am SO disappointed they have done this, I started hearing bad things about this company a few months ago but ignored that as my 1st order was fine. It seems a lot more people are now having issues with them too.

I have had to escalate a paypal claim to try and get my money back so I can order my son's Pop's elsewhere so he isn't disappointed & distraught.
It may just be pieces of plastic but to a 7yr old with anxiety, aspergers it's a lot more..

Dreadful company. After waiting three months for my order to be fulfilled and having several messages ignored I had to open a Paypal claim. Suddenly the Pop was in stock and arrived a few days later.

Given the poor service I have previously suffered from them I should have known better than to trust them again. I certainly have learnt my lesson now.

If anyone is in doubt as to how bad the company is just ask why they have removed the links to both Trustpilot and Trustspot from their website.

Then they have registered a very similar domain name to a much more reliable Pop seller and directed it to their Facebook page. So not only are they incredibly unreliable they are also so dishonest to now try stealing another companies customers.

First time ordering Funko Pops from Collekt.

I've seen some very negative reviews about Collekt, but in my personal experience I have been very happy with the service.

My first order was processed within a 48 hour period, dispatched Tuesday afternoon and received the Pop Thursday morning. Care was clearly taken when packaging the product and it turned up in perfect condition.

My second order took a little longer to process (11 days) and I was told twice that it would be dispatched the following day but wasn't, although, that being said each time that I emailed for an update I received a response within a 3-4 hour period. Like the first when the Pop was delivered it came in perfect condition.

I will be ordering from Collekt again.
