Have been buying Kenya AA coffee beans for many years from Coffeelink. They are always of the best quality, reasonably priced, and delivered quickly.

I ordered Yemeni green coffee beans (unroasted) from this website, but unfortunately the quality was very poor. The beans had a strong moldy smell, and even after roasting the unpleasant odor was still present with no coffee aroma at all. The product was very disappointing, and I will not purchase from this website again.

Coffee products are great as usual.The real test for me is how satisfactorily problems arising are resolved. I can say that on the two recent such occasions, because of my mistakes in ordering, staff were patient and courteous, despite the extra work caused for them to put things right. Also I greatly appreciate the information on their website which helps me choose from the wide range of coffees on sale.

Coffee hadn’t arrived after a week. I contacted via email but no response or apology. Following day a not from Royal Mail to say it was on its way.

I have tried so many different companies for medium roast Decaff beans, but none of them tasted as fresh as the ones from Coffee Link. Freshly roasted (a week before arrival), beautiful fragrance, no chemicals and no bitterness at all. I am honestly blown away.

Ive been using the subscriotion service for over a year with no problems. Good coffee.
This monrhs subscription didnt turn up and no reply to emails.
I ordered a bag outside of the subscription and again hasn't been sent. Both orders are "processing".
EDIT: eventually got a reply after third email using direct address rather than website contact form. All sorted now. Thanks.

I've been buying from Coffeelink for a few years now, excellent coffee every time and never had any issues whatsoever with customer service. They are brilliant.

Great company, great service and outstanding coffee ☕ actually reordered one of their bean varieties in a 1kg bag it was so good. I also love the card they give with more information about the origin and area the coffee was grown. Wish they had some more medium/light roasts options, and some variety sets, where you can try a whole bunch of different ones. The ones I tried were amazing though! Fast on time delivery too.
