A new 34 rotary to replace one that's performed perfectly for many years, delivered promptly, easily assembled, and should, I hope, outlive me.

Despite the order being made on Sunday then extra day delivery was before midday on Tuesday.

100% satisfied with the new purchase of the strimmer, this was my second purchase as I am pleased with the cobra products, delivered quick too.

The grass mower that we chose when unboxed and assembled would not start. I called Cobra garden they said they would phone me back to get an engineer to talk to me, which never happened in total this happened four times but never ever came back but at last I had a conversation with somebody that had the authorisation to send me a new machine and pick up the old one. The machine was delivered the next day and worked perfectly.

Unfortunately the courier ran behind their scheduled delivery date which is frustrating when you wait in all day just to be told at the last minute it’s delayed

These tools I would highly recommend people stay away from I brought a cobra BV26C petrol leaf blower in December from my local tool hire shop as a backup to my sthil stuff and I wish I didn’t. I paid £150 for it brand new and boxed used the bottle inside the box to mix the recommend fuel and oil and to the correct ratio, this tool didn’t even get through the second tank of fuel it was fine to start with did the jobs I needed it to clearing leafs ect came to start it the other day and wasn’t having it. I took it back to the tool hire shop for them to investigate and under the piston is all scored from overheating. I know it’s not the fuel as it’s been through several other tools. Highly recommend you all to stick with the expensive known brands as this is basically me chucking £150 in the bin. Stupid me didn’t keep hold of the receipt and payed cash little did I know it would be this poor quality.

Ordered the base model petrol lawn mower over a bank holiday weekend, and was delivered promptly after. This one was for my daughter because I have had one for 2 years. It's proved reliable and starts first time every time.

Delivered when they said it would be.
Very happy with it's first use. All good so far.

The machine works well starts easy and seems robust if I had to be really critical the big guard on the front is well made and strong but screws into a plastic retaining ring with self tap screws, one of which striped with minimal pressure

Mower arrived in a timely manor in excellent packaged condition. Instructions were easy to follow and the first cut was fantastic.

I bought a product marketed as a premium long life cordless mower. It barely cuts 200m2 of lawn before running out of battery. I called customer services to be told it was my issue due to the website not stating a coverage for the mower. A waste of £500
