The quality is great, customer service is great and shipping is fast!
I have been shopping here for 6 years now.

Coastal Scents has great makeup at affordable prices for everyone. I am a huge fan of their hot pot eyeshadows. They rival any higher end brand out there in pigmentation, texture, and they have a great variety. I look forward to trying and gifting many more Coastal Scents products.

I love coastal scents!! I own over 100 of their single eyeshadows. This company has been around for a while, almost like a hidden gem. I've been a customer for years! They offer extremely affordable products with excellent customer service. Their products are affordable and of very good quality. I will continue to shop with them. I recommend them to everyone!

Fakeout? Great products and customer service, but the "list price" vs "our price" thing is sleazy. Why post a fake, inflated price at all? That's the only reason my rating for this site is 4 stars instead of 5.

Their products are pretty good for the price however, I had 4 different answers to my questions from 4 different costumer service people including Emma, the manager. This is one of the worst companies to deal with if you have any issues with your orders.

I'm at loss for words...this company is ridiculous.
I'm not going to waste my time with this bs company any longer, so my review wont be detailed. All I have to say is: Stay clear from Coastal Scents. .

Customer service here is horrible! I ordered my items on November 23 and I have yet to receive any shipping information from them. I swear this is the last time on going to order from them!
I've reached out to their customer service via email and all I've gotten was an automated response!

Pris og kvalitet bliver ikke bedre. Ja det er en ulempe at de sender fra USA, og man derfor risikere momsafgifter, hvis man køber for over kr. 79,9. Personligt venter jeg til der er tilbud hos dem, for eksempel 50% eller fri fragt, for så får man pludselig meget for pengene, og man kan nemt holde sig under de kr. 80, og bare bestille flere pakker. Har allerede 12 øjenskygger fra dem, men de har 50% nu, så jeg skal lige ind og se om jeg ikke mangler noget, som jeg ikke vidste jeg manglede :´D
p.s. sidst jeg købte hos dem modtog jeg en ødelagt øjenskygge, ødelagt under transport tænker jeg. Sendte billede og en kort besked og modtog straks pengene retur fra dem.

I live in the UK so shipping from the US was $14, excluding customs fees. The high price of shipping was understandable since it was 5 to 10 day shipping. But a day before the package was due to arrive on my doorstep it had still not left the United States. I queried this with coastal scents and they replied stating that delays occur around holidays and with large orders. However at just $46 my order wasn't exceptionally large. After the delivery due date I used the track my parcel site and they were stating an expected delivery of 20th July, which would be 6 working days after it was due to arrive. I emailed on the 14th (2 days after the package was due to arrive) to ask where my shipment was and that I wanted a full or part refund for my postage since I don't expect to pay $14 for the package not to arrive on time.

The package luckily arrived before the 20th, however it was still late and unacceptable for coastal scents to ignore my query.

Furthermore, the package arrived with £16 of customs payment attached, understandably this is not coastal scents problem however they could cut £8 off this by giving the option to prepay my customs amount, as £8 is charged by Royal Mail for "handling" as the package needs to be processed so that I can pay the £8 of customs. Would be a nice idea for Coastal Scents to help avoid unnecessary costs to their customers by offering this option during payment, especially as the customs charge is easy enough to work out.

All in all, not impressed with them for ignoring my query for over a week and the fact that my parcel was late, and I will not be purchasing from them again.

Edit: They have finally replied to me however they are now trying to state that shipping time to the UK is 7-21 business days, however when paying it clearly states "Shipping address: *insert my address*", then immediately below it states "Shipping method: 5-10 days". This shows that my address is considered the final shipping address and as such the shipping method refers to my address, not the shipping company as they keep trying to persuade me. Furthermore, they keep trying to blame customs for the delay when I have clearly stated that customs had the parcel from the 13th which is past the deadline for it to arrive.

The customer service is dreadful, it took them 11 days to respond despite their webpage saying customer service is open 24/7. This is absolutely dreadful standards and to advertise shipping as 5-10 days (not even business/working days I might add) and then try to claim that this is for delivery to the shipping centre is absolute rubbish.

I will NEVER be ordering from Coastal Scents again as they cannot admit errors they made and they are trying to worm their way out of their own errors.

Shipping is usually super quick with Coastal Scents. I usually get my stuff within 3 days at my door. The only time this doesn't apply is during the holidays or their grand sales (which happened to me after their Black Friday sale when I got my stuff over a week later).
There is a large selection of makeup. Unfortunately, almost all of the eye palettes can be similarly bought on other inexpensive sites for the same product, but lesser priced. Just type in "88 palette" and you will see a galore of sellers selling the same thing for a different price. All made in China.
I was a fan of their Revealed palettes and their highly-pigmented blushes and their Go Palettes, but all of them (except for the Revealed palettes) have parabens! No thank you, I will be parting with some of my Coastal Scents makeup.

Samtidig har siden selv en masse godt anmeldelser fra brugere, der giver gode råd og vejledning til de forskellige produkter.

De har rigtig ofte tilbud, faktisk hver eneste fredag, kører de tilbud på en eller flere produkter. Der kommer også tit nye produkter. - Hvilket jeg synes er et stort plus.

Jeg har aldrig haft noget at klage over, fra denne side, og vil anbefale alle piger at tjekke den ud.
