Buses are clean, well equipped, current with charging ports and DVD players. Comfortable.
Some drivers are excellent and very safe, very committed to ensuring the passengers are safe, comfortable. Some of the best drivers help the passengers.
Most often, buses are well maintained. My last trip we had a problem on the way home. Driver kept us safe, informed and comfortable. However, it took too long for another bus and mechanic to be sent. It should have been done in one half the wait time.

Group quote are too expensive compared to other companies. They would be better rewarding their repeat groups with better, competitive pricing.

The drivers were amazing! Always on time and very friendly. Also June at the booking office was wonderful too!

I enjoy riding Coach USA with the Madison Packer Backers for all 10 home Green Bay Packer games at Lambeau Field. I also ride Coach USA to Chicago Airport as well. Busses are very clean.

The only issue was that we didn't have a garbage bag big enough for all the trash. The rest of the trip went well.
