Bad experience, very late bus from port authority (to EWR), overcharge above pricing posted at Port authority terminal. Bus was supposed to board at 1:15pm, but did not leave until 1:42 (delay updates on their website were completely fictitious). Quoted senior price was $11.85, but we were charged $12.50 each to board bus.

How to end your stay on a really stressful note. We had to take the bus from the city center to reach Newark. 1 hour later the bus was still not there and the operator told me that it would not arrive before 6 p.m. (initially announced at 2 p.m.). YOU GUYS TAKE PEOPLE TO THE AIRPORT NOT TO THE CORNER MARKET! No information on the waiting site and no refund possible because the ticket is valid for 1 year, as if I was going to come back by then. A real shame!

The worst company ever! Their bus broke down in the middle of the highway when I was going to the airport. I got late, I had to pay for Uber and they refuse to refund me for that. Do not travel with this company!

Rick from Pittsburgh PA is the best bus driver ever!! He cheers us on during our game, is so super friendly, and drives amazing!! This man deserves a raise!!! We had him 9/22-9/24! He drove us from Pittsburgh to Ohio, Ohio to Kentucky, and Kentucky to Ohio. We loved Rick!

If your ''purchase have failed'' during online ordering tickets, say good bye to online tickets and mainly your money. They will never come back.
I gave it a second and last chance. They don't have a proper contact to support service. Only some random Charlie always apologies and does not care anyways.

Absolutely the worst private bus company I’ve ever encountered. I dont know who reads these reviews but avoid this company at all costs. They have no regard for their customers. They raise rates and don’t have enough buses and never ever give a reason why buses just don’t show up. This is the worst bus company ever. They are rude and inconsiderate. Twice in a row there is no 11p bus. I’m sitting at port authority in nyc and twice this week I’ve had to sit here wasting my time with no answer no explanation

The bus did not show up for 70-90 minutes after scheduled time. Had to take an Uber to the airport after waiting so long and almost missed my flight. Customer service claim that the bus came, and won’t give me a refund for the ticket. Very disappointed since it caused me a lot of inconvenience.

Waited over an hour for what ended up a very late pick-up to Newark Airport. WebSite says can pay on bus with credit card but driver demanded $ and was rude and obnoxious. Some people waiting with us gave up and hired a taxi the bus was so late.

The crap website doesn't let you buy tickets online you have to buy it in person so they can charge you an extra $6 so instead of paying $34 for a ticket I'm paying zero because I'm going to report my card stolen later so I don't have to pay for this cuz this is how they screw you over

THE WORST EXPERIENCE! They changed the bus stop location and didn’t notify the customers clearly. We were waiting at the old bus stop and didn’t realize the location change after 1.5 hours. We missed our bus and needed to spend $200 on Uber and they said they are not responsible for location change so the tickets are non refundable!!

A terrible company to do business with. Do not trust them with your time or money.

They Lost My Luggage Ride was fine, but they lost my wife’s luggage after switching buses in Rockford. How is that even possible? Over $1,000 of property gone because of Coach USA’s negligence.

The worst service that you do get from coach USA. Cancels buses without notifying the customers. End up going to another location and paying additional money to reach your destination.. customer service should be dissolved at coach USA.

Omg, this is the only bus in the world montecello who will wait 30 min to one hour for the late nyc bus! What about the people who are waiting before shabbot!

Generally the service is okay but I don't have high expectations for buses.

The last two times I used them the bus to the airport has been 15 minutes late, which is a bit stressful. As far as I know there is no way to track when buses are coming.

The last return trip I had planned from O'Hare airport, prepaid for, never happened. The website says the bus goes to a certain place, but for a couple of weeks that had changed. They had signs out in the old location, but it takes a long time to travel around the outside of one of the countries largest airport, too long to get to the other location in time for what is also an infrequent bus that doesn't run late into the night. I notified them of this a week ago for a refund and they never got back to me. The website is still outdated.

The bus simply did not show up despite having booked it the day previous. There were three people waiting there with pre booked tickets. Their customer service is shocking, trying to get a refund for this has been disgraceful.
On the phone to the customer service agent on the day the bus didn’t show up, they insisted the bus had passed me at 10:24 (due at 10:15) and it did not. It wasn’t until days later until they admitted the bus had never came despite all of the gaslighting from the customer service agents.
Will never use this company again.

I switched from paper tickets to online app tickets. At least once every month I have had to call because they double scan your tickets, so the bus driver will scan two tickets instead of one ticket for one ride.

On Friday morning I had 6 tickets before I got on the bus. At lunch I happened to look at the app and I noticed that I had 4 tickets but should have had 5. My wife called immediately.
1)The CS rep she spoke to told her that the bus driver scanned the app 3x. So naturally she asked for a refund of 2 tickets instead of 1.
2) She requested a supervisor who called a few hours later but who stated that there were not additional scans and no tickets were due. Today, I got an email from Melesha stating that the problem was resolved and the tickets were adjusted however, nothing additional was added.
3) My wife called back and spoke to Britney who stated that 1 ticket would be added back AS A COURTESY. We got the one ticket back but what a circus! Going back to paper just to not have to deal with this mess.

The main issue I see is that in their system they cannot see when the first ticket of a book was scanned, so when you call you have to make sure that you are counting from the day you scanned the first ticket.

The bus driver was extremely rude, and unkind. She not only brought her kids on the bus, there was spit on the floor that was there recently and fresh. She let someone on the bus as our items were moved from a secure spot. This was bus 67136 during a field trip.

Terrible service. I purchased a ticket to travel from New York City to Newark Airport on the last bus at 12:30 am. This service is supposed to be daily and operate consistently. We waited (on the street as it departs from Port Authority) until 1:30 am, a group of 8 people, including a pregnant woman. The bus never arrived, and we were told that it happens on some days. We had to pay for a taxi. When I complained, they told me they have no refund policy. I will never use it again.

Took bus from Newark airport to Port Authority, had no issues, maybe was a good timing, but on Monday afternoon when we had to take the bus to the airport, came on time to the station, lots of people, only part of the line fit into the first bus, we had to stay out, next bus was canceled, due to sick driver, never had replacement, next bus was after 30 min, line was getting even longer, everyone started to get stressed, because of pressure of missing the flight. Some people with tickets started to take taxi.
best not to buy tickets in advance, just keep exact cash, so in case you are late for your flight you can grab a taxi,
