Loved this app till this Jan 2025.
They have received payments for one full year which they do not acknowledge. They received another payment for one month which they acknowledged. And i just got charged another month !!!
In all So ive paid for 26 months with one month acknowledged.
Customer service is slow at responding and usually they do not respond at all.
They suck.

I subscribed for one month UK telephone number and I was billed twice and have written to them but no response till now. The transaction took place on the 11th of October,2024 and till now they didn't refund ny money. This is completely unfair. If not I would have rated the app to be the best but unfortunately not.

Up until recently i would have recommended this app. however recent experiences mean I can no longer do so.

on renewing my number they took payment5 times and extended the number 5 times (as if they were separate renewals i.e. i had gone in and renewed 5 times).

after many unsuccessful attempts to contact them someone eventually responded basically saying "tough" and refusing to refund the 4 additional "renewals".

So I have moved to hush

10 days now emailing support every day and no one answers, absolutely terrible support . Shame

Beware! I will not recommend CloudSIM, i have issues registering 2-nd device with existent cloudsmin number but technical support ignores me, they don't respond emails.

Had a technical issue renewing my number so contacted customer services. Had a reply back in less than an hour with an explanation and a fix. Very impressed.

First problem I encountered was paying for the service but it didnt get activated for two weeks after multiple email correspondence to their customer support who seemed more interested in arguing than sorting out my issue. So I wasted time sending the same information until they finally realised my problem was valid, I had payed for the service but did not get a new number for about two weeks. When I finally got a number and started to use it for my business the connection is so poor it wasn't even worth it. Often users can't hear each other resulting in redialing every minute or so to refresh the line. Perhaps it's different in different countries, but that's how it seems in the UK. The rates are cheap, but not even worth the service. I would not recommend this unless you just want to receive texts and voicemail.

I am delighted to have found the CloudSim, it is a terrific product - the messages come through right away to the new SIM.
My only suggestion is to send along a brief step by step instructions statement for the purchaser.
Again, the CloudSim product is super, and I highly recommend it.

Got a quick reply from the customer service and the Cloud Sim is a great app.

I came across Cloudsim recently on play store when searching for an app to call back home. The app has good rates to call Canada and it's cheap compared to most providers. Everything is good and I would give 5 star, but the app needs to have video call.

My 2nd line number. As I forgot to renew my virtual number within the renewal date and the customer support managed to save the number for me. Great app and customer support!

Would recommend this app for the use of multiple numbers. Can switch between more than one number when dealing with different contacts- can use for business and switch for personal use too.

Added bonus is that it can be used internationally without any server issues. Great app!

Prior to two days ago, I would have rated this app a 4. I use it for banking verification while outside the US and up till now it served its purpose. There were numerous times when I couldn't hear the other person or they couldn't hear me, but a new call usually remedied that. Then 2 days ago my virtual number was replaced by my old cell phone number, and I couldn't get that much needed verification. I emailed CloudSIM (no other option available) and so far, have not heard back. This is urgent to me, but they seem to feel no pressure to respond. Be wary.

A great app if you need a virtual mobile number in any of the supported countries. The support is fast and reliable. I have used the service for many years

We have been using cloudsim for more than 2 and half years. No issues so far. Have recommended to other teams also. Support team is quick to respond for queries. Happy to continue.

The service is good but someone should be able to make unlimited call and text to other number aside from CloudSim user only

Update: Customer care has fixed this issue by responding to my email at the earliest so I am changing my Review from one star to four stars.
There is no online chat for Line2. And the query will take time to resolve. There is high price for subscription and then buy credits. Not useful for people who rarely use virtual number for personal use or business use.

Had problems with these about 18 months ago which they couldn't be bothered to sort out. They are a small group of children that have no business acumen nor any clue about customer care. The main issue with their service is a long lag after you've finished speaking so when someone else speaks the gap is so long that you both end up constantly talking at the same time/over each other. The reception is also inconstant and oftentimes poor. Thought I'd try them again after all this time as I was hoping by now they had managed to remedy the issues. But when I put my number in to get the activation code it didn't work. So I called them and there response was "We have thousands of customers who don't have this issue. So if it doesn't work then don't use our services". I then tried another SIM card and voila! It works. That tells me they have blocked my number. It doesn't really bother me as their service has the same problems. Very poor. So, the reason I'm writing this review is to warn others what they are in for if deciding on wasting time and money with these children
