Clockwork Removals and Storage - Edinburgh Bewertungen

I booked Clockworks at the last minute after another company canceled just two days before our move from England to the USA. Crystal went above and beyond to fit us in three days later.
The packing crew went above and beyond, and everything was packed with care, and we had no damage to any of our furniture. We have moved internationally five times, and this is the first time we have had no damage.
They were absolute lifesavers, and I cannot thank them enough for everything during a stressful time.

The Clockwork team!
From the first point of contact to dropping off the last of the used packaging at the local depot everyone was very helpful, efficient and pleasant.
Shaun and Tony who handled our removal were very helpful, experienced, careful, worked very hard and nothing was too much trouble.

Teriffic service again from Clockwork. Great value and very efficient removal team.

Just brilliant! They took all the stress out of the move and before I knew it I was in my new home surrounded by my own things. Smooth and fast.

The whole experience from start to finish with Clockwork in Edinburgh has been amazing. Everyone has been so friendly and efficient in getting our move sorted. We have moved a few times recently and Clockwork have been the best by a long way. Crystal in the office was great in getting things set up. Sean and the team who did the packing and moving were simply fantastic. They were extremely thorough and careful with our possessions. They finished the pack when they said they would (and this was on the hottest two days of the year) and they unloaded with great efficiency. Coupled with this one of the Team, Alex popped round with a couple of stray items from the lorry. I cannot thank them enough for an amazing job and by such kind and friendly staff

The packers and movers were organised, careful and calm. They made what could have been a stressful day, completely stress-free. Many thanks.

I've used Clockwork Removals twice for the storage and delivery of our commercial furniture from aboard, and both experiences have been excellent. The service was smooth, efficient, and completely hassle-free from start to finish.
Communication by email was always prompt, friendly, and professional. On both occasions, the delivery team arrived on time and were incredibly helpful throughout. They handled all of our furniture with great care while working efficiently, and even made sure that all packaging materials were removed and taken away, leaving everything tidy.

I would highly recommend Clockwork Removals to anyone looking for a reliable and professional removal and storage company, and I would not hesitate to use their services again in the future.

I had a great experience with clockwork removals, they lads arrived when stated got on with the job, dismantled my beds and all moved and packed back into new house by 4pm and beds built back up. Would highly recommend and well worth every penny!

I can’t rate this company highly enough if there were ten stars I would give them ten !
They made what was a very stressful move day better. From start to finish they were there to reassure me and support me.
From office staff to my removal guys thank you a very very happy customer.

Fantastic service from Alan and the team. Highly recommend. 5 star service.

Extremely pleased with our experience of using Clockwork. They provided a quote very quickly and responded to all our questions beforehand. Excellent communication from start to finish. Removal team were respectful, careful and hard-working. Would absolutely recommend them and plan on using them again.

Excellent service from start to finish. We had a visit from Niall who was lovely to deal with and had a quote back to me within a couple of hours.
The removals team were excellent. Professional, friendly and really helpful. They did an outstanding job and I believe they went above and beyond what we were expecting from them.
I would recommend Clockwise to anyone looking to do a residential or business move.
Great team

Used Clockwork Removals a couple of times now. I wasn't aware of them prior to Taylor Wimpey arranging them for a house move, though as that went so smoothly we decided to use them again for our next move. Wayne is excellent and we dealt with him both times, really client focussed and keen that you get the service you want at the best price. Hoping we wont be moving again anytime soon, however if we do i will definitely look to use Clockwork removals again.

Very good experience with clockwork taking our house contents into and out of storage while we had some house renovations done. Good communications and staff removing us and bringing back from storage were very professional. Floors were protected and work was done very efficiently. Would definitely recommend clockwork.

Genuinely awful. We’ve made several international moves and whilst the Clockwork team was nice to start, they became unprofessional at the end. We were recommended them and wanted to support a local company in Edinburgh.

Chucked things into the container. Sighing loudly when I reminded them to pack last items that were definitely on the list and walk through. Blamed us for their incompetence. Didn’t pack in time for the port slot booked so we ended up being 2 months delayed.

Upon receiving the container, there was an estimated £5000 in damages. They simply wanted to finish the job and get to the pub. Truly unprofessional. And if you’re reading this thinking it won’t happen to you, well, quite frankly it doesn’t matter to me but thought I’d put the warning out anyway. There are plenty other international movers who have consistency of quality and professionalism. Santa Fe and Crown being two of them. Kicking ourselves for not going with them to start as we’ve had nothing but positive experiences. If you’re just wanting a lamp moved within Edinburgh, go for Clockwork. If you care about any of your items, don’t bother.

A definite 5* delivery of family furniture from Scotland to England.
An Absolutely amazing company with Crystal an extremely efficient, caring, professional individual. I was regularly updated and reassured.
The furniture arrived in perfect condition.
An excellent team, polite, considerate and a delight to meet, very much appreciated.
I highly recommend Clockwork Removals.
Many thanks to all, with my very best wishes Sheena

The people I dealt with were all helpful and they shifted what I needed quickly.

Excellent service from the Team who helped with our move.
They packed everything carefully and labelled boxes so we could find after move
Very smooth process from start to finish

Alan and the team were great from start to finish. They made the whole move completely hassle free and were friendly, efficient, and professional throughout. Everything was handled with care, and the process felt smooth and well organised. Would definitely recommend!

Everything was a positive about this company - the guys doing the hard graft were professional, punctual, efficient and pleasant. Not a single thing was damaged. Other staff were helpful and easy to deal with too. Pricing was competitive and the whole thing went - as you would hope - like clockwork! Would not hesitate to recommend Clockwork if moving house.
