I placed my order with Clipsley Pets yesterday and have just taken delivery of it this afternoon.
Karon was brilliant - one of the items I had ordered was discontinued so she called me within a couple of hours of me placing the order to arrange an alternative. I was also given very generous free samples of their own brand cat food to try out.
Fabulous, friendly, fast service - what more could you want? I will be recommending Clipsley Pets to my friends.

Put my online order in one day, and received a text message the following day arranging delivery.

Great website with great products and prices. Item arrived super quick and The customer support was fantastic.
The only reason I gave 4 stars was because I ordered a fish tank, which unfortunately arrived smashed. This was not Clipsley pet shops fault, but that of the courier.
I was given a refund as they did not want to risk the same thing happening again.
I will most definitely still use the website for other purchases.

Have ordered a couple of times from Clipsley and have always received prompt service. Goods are delivered quickly and well packaged.

I was kept well informed of progress. When a small availability problem arose they telephoned me twice to resolve the issue, which they did to my satisfaction.
Delivery was excellent , fast & goods arrived on time. Really impressed with the service.

I ordered at around 3pm in the afternoon. The goods were on my doorstep the next morning! Talk about fast, it wasn't even showing up on my credit card statement yet! Absolutely Superb Service. Will definitely used again.

My original order could not be completed due to stock limitations and the fact that the product is no longer being manufactured. This online store phoned me early in the order process to inform me of this. I had the option of a full refund or a partial refund and delivery of what stock they had. I opted for a partial refund; which was promptly reimbursed. The item was delivered in a timely fasion.

This online store has warmed my trust through their professional manor. I will use them again.

I ordered the laser toy for my kittens and they love it. It even came with the batteries (which have nearly run down now because they use it so much!).
The delivery was so quick and the handwritten message on the paperwork was such a welcome personal touch. I do sometimes get a little bit tired of computers and automated services!
I totally recommend Clipsley Pet Shop to anyone and everyone who has pets.
I'm sure I'll shop there again.
