Need to improve packaging as it's way to flimsy, as again not for the first time when ordering from yourselves my cards arrived bent or damaged which is very frustrating and upsetting when you want them in perfect condition to send to friends or relatives.

Order was not delivered when required
Order was not delivered when required. After contacting Clinton’s I was informed the order was unable to be fulfilled. Situation left me with insufficient time to arrange an alternative. Very poor service.

I was disappointed with the selection of specific cards. Particularly for men.
But the website is easy to use and delivery reasonable

Slightl niggles but on the whole satisfied
Promp delivery and good selection. I just wish that when you select a certain category that they don't throw in random cards.
For example one Christmas i ended up spending £15 on a birthday card for my partner as I had only checked the words.
They also tend to pack multiple smaller items in bags like sardines.
Also a bit confusing on how to personalise items such as the Toblerone.
On the whole satisfied though. Better experience than another online card merchant

Love Clintons quality
Purchased a lot of cards from Clintons. Their cards are always of the highest quality and, I feel, make people feel special to receive them. Great choice and good prices. Purchased online which was simple to do and delivery was quick and well packaged. Always keep an eye on Clintons sale as there are always great bargains to be had. I've never been disappointed with their cards.
