Recently bereaved, and without transport after my wife's motability car was returned, I spent a considerable period of time investigating contract lease hire before deciding on a vehicle I was interested in. Having completed a form online, I was contacted extremely quickly by Giles - followed a few days later by other companies. Initially I requested no telephone contact as I wasn't in the right frame of mind with the loss of my wife. Giles understood this perfectly, and promised to guide me through the process solely by e-mail, and it was not until the final stages at my request that the transaction became a 50/50 mix of phone calls from Giles - followed by more detailed information by e-mail and post. The whole process was flawless from start to finish, and the deal was infinitely better than I could achieve, and much better than other companies offered for a lower specification model.
