Very happy with the item

Very happy with the item, but your dyslexic Hermes delivery driver left the parcel at 13 instead of 31. Thankfully the lady was very honest and brought the parcel to me.

First time buyer - very happy

Bought 2 sets of curtains. First time using this company and got excellent service. Very quick delivery, curtains just as appeared on website (colour true to life) and good value. Would recommend this company to friends.

Wouldn't recommend

Ordered the sonoma tv unit in oak. I was out all day and arrived back home this evening to find the box up right against my front door. Cleverboxes may want to re-think what company they use to deliver their customers goods. I never received any contact to let me know when they would arrive, just a 5 day window when I ordered them. The instructions are in another language and the pictures aren't any better. Also it would help if cleverboxes provided all of the pieces needed to assemble the unit.

Bread bin

I ordered a bread bin which was cheaper with Clever boxes than anywhere else, I also got free delivery and it arrived on time! Very happy with my purchase :)

I ordered 10 60 litre boxes

I ordered 10 60 litre boxes, but unfortunately one of the boxes arrived damaged. I contacted Cleverboxes and they asked me to photo the damage and send it to them, within less than a day, I had a replacement box. All in all I found the goods great value and the service was excellent.
