We had a beautiful bathroom fitted the first week in December 2024. We were really pleased with how quickly our old bathroom was removed and the new one put in place. We started with a couple of snagging issues and this is where it has gone down hill. 8 months later and we can't use the bath as the water doesn't heat up and we take our lives in our hands using the shower as it is scalding hot! We have 2 children so not ideal. The customer service has been terrible. 99% of the time either of us call to speak to someone, no one answers the phone! When we do speak to someone to arrange for someone to come out to solve the problems no one calls us back! Quick enough to get us to sign up and pay then wash their hands of us when we have issues! Almost £10k for a bathroom we can barely use! Disgusting!

Clearwater came out to my home today to resolve a problem with my bath: the plug wasn't working properly and the water was draining away. Joe from Clearwater quickly fixed the problem by installing a new bath plug. Kelly from the Clearwater office was particularly helpful and efficient and ordered the repair carried out as a courtesy repair.

I had my new kitchen fitted on 14/07/25, I must admit I was a bit dubious at first as I didn’t know the company, and I read a couple of bad reviews! But how wrong was I ? My kitchen is absolutely stunning. I had everything done, ceiling, floor, walls plastered, new units and lighting. Bobby, the salesman was so good and very patient with me. As was Kelly , on the phone.Explained everything in detail, over and over again. I was told it would be finished in 4 days , and it was . The team was Joey and company! Sorry, everything was done so fast , I couldn’t keep up with everyone’s name. But the work from all the team was much appreciated. Joey never stopped working from morning until night. Everything was tidied up at night and left spotless. Also thank you to the girl who phoned me to arrange a meeting with Bobby. I have never used a company who phoned me first, however the girl on the phone was soo lovely I decided to give them a chance. ‘ sorry I’m not sure of her name ! Maybe Suzanne?! But would like to say a huge thank you to everyone involved, who made my dream kitchen a reality. Also thanks to the guys who took all the old kitchen away, left everything spotless . So if you have any doubts about Clearwater, please give them a call , they are all amazing.

I had a lovely kitchen fitted by a team of extremely hard working fellas in Sept 2021 and was delighted with the end result which has been admired by many. 2 weeks ago I noticed one of the cupboard doors had warped badly at the bottom corner and discovered that the washing machine hose connection under the sink had loosened and been slowly leaking over goodness knows how long and it was the water damage that caused the door to warp. I called Kelly at Clearwater Kitchens and explained my problem and asked could I order a replacement door which she said she would do. On Monday Kelly called to say the replacement door was in the warehouse and could be fitted on Thurs afternoon and there would be no cost involved ! I was absolutely delighted and thanked her very much! I said after 2pm would suit me better as was out on Thurs morning and 2pm came today and there was Joe at my front door with the replacement door. He had the job done in 10 mins and I now have my kitchen back to its beautiful appearance ! Thank you SO much Clearwater Kitchens , Kelly and Joe! 👍🏻

Had an issue with the shower I had installed two years ago. I spoke with Kelly at customer services, who was really helpful. Joe arrived at my home within a couple of hours and after a few tests to find the problem, the shower was fixed. Great customer service from Clearwater. Thank you

First class installation from start to finish old bathroom completely removed and disposed off new shower, w.c,sink unit and cabinet fitted along with new wall tiling and flooring all carried out over 5 days clean and tidy worker leaving an excellent finish small issues dealt with no problems much thanks to Joe

Delighted with products, service and fitters from Ricky who patiently helped us select and design to Robbie and Stevie who came to fit our bathroom, ensuite and WC.
Fitters so tidy,polite and we loved the music!!
Even rubbish collection was speedy and tidy.

I would highly recommend Clearwater Kitchens so happy with everything. Billy the Salesman was really nice and informative. The surveyor was very helpful. Kelly was lovely and kept in touch with me throughout the whole process. From start to finish all the tradesmen were punctual and very well organised . Jason , Josh, Damian ,Charlie (sorry if I have forgotten anyone cause they were all excellent and very helpful ....nothing was too much trouble.

Really honest company. From design to actual build I was kept informed. Punctual, polite, hard working and went that little extra mile, Joey and his team were brilliant. No hesitation in recommending this company.

I had a kitchen fitted with Clearwater last week the joiner Joey was excellent definitely 5 star however I felt my wall could have been finished better and a 500 space for cabinet was not included in price when I questioned this with office I was told not in contract also my Finnish not in contract. I feel when surveyed was measuring surely threy would include this also I was charged separate on day for electrical work again told not in contract. The woman I was speaking to was Kelly I found her very obnoxious not listening to me kept quoting contract so no I would not recommend company but must quote Jiey was great.

clearwater kitchens and bathroom did an excellent job in the kitchen replacement in the house.
In particular Kelly who dealt with all issues that arose both pre and post installation absolutely exceptional customer service and a credit to the company.
would recommend her to anyone needing a kitchen or bathroom needing replaced

I don’t even know where to start with this company. I am begging everyone who is thinking of using them to please reconsider and go to a trusted company.
After reading the other reviews it seems like everyone gets the same sales guy, Sandy, sent out to their house and he fakes phone calls to his manager and makes up discounts to make it seem like you’re getting an “amazing deal”.

Here are the reasons I’m giving a poor review:

Received slightly shoddy plastering work that doesn’t meet the floor, and the plaster wasn’t sealed at the edges (to the ceiling or floor) so we had to spend extra money to buy sealant and do this ourselves as they said they weren’t doing it.

The building inspector wrote down the wrong type of boiler (I know nothing about boilers and when they asked me “what type of boiler do you have?” I said “I have no idea you’ll have to check”). So they installed the wrong shower for our boiler type, and then paused the job and said they wouldn’t continue unless we gave them ONE THOUSAND POUNDS (lol) for a shower pump in order for the shower to work with our boiler… we refused and said this is your mistake so why should we have to pay?? And also shower pumps cost like £300. So we spent 3 weeks emailing Clearwater back & forth trying to bargain with them, all the meanwhile us having no working shower, we contacted Consumer Rights Scotland who said we were 100% in the right but unfortunately there’s nothing we can do unless we want to take the company to a small claims court and our lawyers fees would be a couple of thousand pounds & it would cause us a lot of stress. I decided the easiest and most convenient route was to just pay for this shower pump as I didn’t have a working shower.

Since the day they installed this shower pump (2 months ago now) our shower has had a problem. In a nutshell, it takes 20-30 minutes for the shower to work each time, and it’s just a trickle of ice cold water. We have had 4 different plumbers from Clearwater come out to our house to fix the issue but they spend 20-30 minutes running the shower and by the time they leave it’s working fine.. and they say it’s just air in the pipes or whatever and they say it’s fixed now. This is after us explaining countless times that it takes 20/30 mins each time, but no one seems to be investigating the root of the problem.

We have given up on using Clearwaters plumbers to be honest, so we are just going to contact a local trusted plumber in our area to investigate this issue. Which is going to cost us more money (even though we paid Clearwater thousands and thousands of pounds in the first place to install a new bathroom and they couldn’t even do that).

From day 1 of choosing Clearwater we were promised a full working bathroom at the end of each day when installing it. However we were completely without a shower for over 3 weeks.

I just cannot stress enough not to use this company. They’ve caused me and my husband a lot of stress :(

We had a kitchen fitted 8 months ago. I try to not leave reviews until I see how the product holds up with wear and tear. And to see if and how they resolve any issues.

It looks amazing, and the fitters were super professional, efficient and really nice guys.

We had an issue where our boiler was leaking unbeknownst to us until I saw the plinth at the bottom of the boiler cabinet started to warp. This was absolutely no fault of Clearwaters, It was a leaked pipe that had left a pool of water, and over time wrecked the plinth. I phoned them to ask if I could buy a new one, and they sent out someone with it, at no extra cost.

I was originally dubious about buying off them because I saw a few bad reviews online, but I'm glad I did and I can honestly say they have been great with us from start to finish.

Our New Kitchen was installed circa September 2025. A series of defects have been identified but Clearwater just ignored them. We now have a leak in the utility sink that has warped the shelf below and perhaps even the new flooring.

Our experience of Clearwater is that they talk a good game in terms of a high quality service but the reality is a very poor customer service

Looked ok then on closer inspection looked as if children had fitted the kitchen. Let’s start with the doors most of then sit different end panes running off fridge and freezer door still don’t close the cooker good is now hanging off the wall the sink is a mess it’s just not got any wow factor. This was the most expensive kitchen so you would think it would be the best but far from it. I would never recommend this company we just keep having problem after problem

The design team were wonderful, giving me everything I imagined and more. Service and quality second to none.
Instal went great. A couple.if small issued which were remedied by Kelly in the office

This must be 1 of the worst kitchen fitters I have seen.from start to finish. New worktops splashback and oven hob and sink.kevin the surveyor said should be done in a day I right nearly 2 weeks tradsemen turn up when they like way over priced cheap fittings left sheet with all appliances on table with price we paid for all trades to see not very professional once they have signed the go ahead to commence work they do what they like I've been in the construction industry for 40 years avoid at all costs.
