I started this iva about a year and a half ago during this time I have had a baby and they let me have a two month break so I could buy my baby girl a cot and pram I nearly cried at thier understanding it helped so much and when I returned to work part time they reviewed my finances and took me down to a new payment that was affordable with a new baby a break up and a reduction in hours they have took so much stress out of my life I actually sleep at night look forward to my payday and don't have to switch off my mobile everyday just in case. # no more worrying xxx

Right from the very first phone call I made until the final confirmation email I have received this week I cannot fault cleardebt throughout the whole IVA process. My circumstances changed during the IVA and nothing was too much trouble. I was contacted every year and kept up to date with progress throughout the IVA. As my IVA come to an end I was informed of what will happen next and I am just awaiting the final paperwork. A very professional and friendly company.

When my husband left me suddenly with two children I tried to cope as much as a could but it was no good. So I'd read about something in a magazine and decided to call. All I can say is it feels like a weights been lifted, and I no longer feel as stressed about my finance and can budget better now meeting all living costs and providing for my children too.

I had very few problems with clear debt. They are friendly,helpful and take time to explain everything properly. I'm confident that everything will run smoothly as they touch base frequently and keep me up to date with any problems. Would recommend them to anyone!

I would like to thank the company very much for all there help with sorting my finances when I was strugleing to make all the re payments. They have been very helpful and the team has been very paitent with getting hold of me and my lack of organisation from time to time. So big thank you.

I contacted Cleardebt back in June of this year due to having Bailiffs on my back because of our local council. When I had my first intial phone call I was like a nervous wreck but once they explained to me that they would be able to help me then I felt more relaxed. The people that I spoke to never judged me they said "we are here to help you" and that is what they did I now have an IVA in place as they are detailing with all my other creditors as well. I now feel so much more in control of my finances and can sleep at night with out worrying about anything thanks to Cleardebt. I would strongly recommend this company

This company is very poor and very unreliable, I had a letter from them to say that the completion would not be held up due to PPI claims but then when completion was due the will not complete by saying that there may be PPI due even though they know this not to be true.

If I had the chance I would of changed to a different company years ago, they do not reply to letters or emails and never to telephone calls
