Did not send order. Had to call two times to get an answer. Finally got the order sent. Address was incorrect. The rep said he could change the home address but not the billing address When I said I was not satisfied with this he said he was not going to spend not another minute with me. I cancelled the order of a product I like and waited over one month for.

I will not order from your company again.

I have been looking for an all-natural product without chemical surfactants. Everything I tried so far leaves a greasy scum except the Better-Life All-purpose cleaner, and I am excited to be getting the Dish Soap too!

Totally messed up my order & could not seem to figure out how to fix it, though it was VERY SIMPLE!!! So annoyed with this company right now!!!! Customer service cannot comprehend logic, I guess. Products are good though, but they need help with following through on orders & customer service!!!
