Parts ordered as in stock weren’t and complete HT leads ready to fit were just a bag of parts.

Since discussing with them they have refunded me for the HT leads.

Came across this company while looking for a classic car part. Great price, very fast shipping and arrived next day, highly recommended brilliant service!!!!!!!

I ordered several parts.
Some were delivered
Some were unsuitable
Some had not been ordered.
Some were not delivered and no explanation was offered.
The delivery was late.
I contacted Jas who agreed to a full refund.
I could only return the parts I had received which I did.
They refunded those parts and now dispute the remainder.
What a fiasco!
Seems I am not the only person who has had their fingers burned.

Having bought a Triumph with +060" bores, bit smoky, thought I'd treat it to new barrels/pistons, came across here. Listing was 'new barrels, ready to fit with new std pistons' Perfect. E-mailed to check that 9:1 pistons could be supplied, had a response 'yes'. Placed order, e-mailed to confirm I wanted 9:1, no reply, sent reply to order acknowledgement, requesting 9:1, no reply. Waited, finally got 'dispatched, next day courier', 3 days later received. NO PISTONS. I believe the listing was deceptive, yes, it is ready to fit, IF YOU ALREADY HAVE PISTONS, how many people are in that position?
They had 3 opportunities to point out that they were separate, chose not to, if they had, would have bought elsewhere.
To add to the dissatisfaction, listing says 'free p&p over £250', I ordered barrels at £395, got charged £10, THIS HAS NOW BEEN REFUNDED, which helps.
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
Update, listing has now been amended, clearly stating 'no pistons', helps you, not me, they have offered to refund postage IF I amend/remove this. I WILL amend, if I receive refund, but will always share experience. I managed to source NOS pistons for £68, elsewhere, having to wait, again.

Sent the wrong part, as well as snail like delivery?

Although I had trouble obtaining the correct parts they were very helpful and professional.

Ordered some parts. They arrived after 2 weeks. Then only part the order had arrived. I had to contact them and tell them. Then another parcel arrived and it was missing parts. Emailed again. Don't waste your time with these incompetent muppets

A complete waste of time and money . The staff is clueless the product are subpar and the overall service is the worst I've ever experienced . Never recommended to anyone

I bought a set of spark plugs from the store and they turned out to be counterfeited. They caused misfiring in my engine and i got a big loss because of his useless parts totally scam..

I bought brake pads from here and they were a disaster within few day's they started wearing unevenly. Clearly they don't have new parts waste of money wasted of time stay away

After purchasing a part and paying international freight the part was found to be not fit for service. The seller chose to ignore the Ebay dispute resolution process and then proceeded to offer a partial refund on the condition that the negative feedback left was "reviewed". Correspondance ceased when I replied that to change that feedback would be a diservice to other prospective buyers.

Overall I’m very happy with this company, the price and products are very good, I am however deducting 2 stars for using fedex delivery, I was given a delivery time of 8.30-12.30, so I arranged to work in the afternoon, at 12.34 I received an email saying that had been changed to before 6pm, bad tracking details are worse than no tracking.
Why on earth would you use fedex, a company who on trustpilot has 1 out of 5 stars with 93% (yes 93%) giving a 1 star rating and just 4% a 5 star rating.

Sent item back requested numerous times for refund no replies once I left feedback they reacted with a rude and arrogant reply.......keep away.

Ordered some parts for carburetors, payment taken but didn't hear from them for a week so wrote to cancel the order, next day received notification that order was being processed, then another mail shortly after that order was being posted. I had to send another mail saying I had cancelled the order as had ordered from another supplier which arrived two days later.

Even over the holidays delivery was quick
