Great experience. I contacted customer service to ask if they sold some spare parts for our moses basket stand, which admittedly I expected to have to buy a whole new stand for. Rebecca was very friendly and helpful and offered to send us the spare parts free of charge. Would definitely recommend this company.

I accidentally ordered a cover, thinking it was a moses basket and requested a refund. I got a quick response and the issue was sorted out and a refund processed

I received excellent customer service from Clair de Lune. I ordered a cot-top changing tray, but when assembling it, the allen key and screws were defective and got stuck in one of the wooden parts. I contacted Clair de Lune for a replacement part, and they went above and beyond by sending me a brand-new product without needing me to return the faulty one. The replacement arrived within a couple of days, and the staff were friendly and very responsive. Since then, I’ve purchased additional items from them, including a pram mattress protector and sheets, and have been just as impressed. Highly recommended!

A Clair de Lune Moses basket was handed down to me. The rocking stand had the basket supporting straps missing as well as the rocking stoppers. I contacted customer service and they sent immediately the replacement parts. The basket is now safe for our little Eloise. Thanks for a great service!

I never received an item I ordered so contacted customer services. Robyn assisted me and was able to send my order out very quickly. I am very pleased with how she dealt with me. I would recommend the company and I would highly recommend the star fleeces for new parents

I purchased a highchair for my 5-month-old daughter, but when assembling it, I found it to be very unstable. I arranged a return through the website and was contacted the following day. They asked for proof of the issue, which I provided immediately. I was then asked whether I had put any weight in the chair to stabilise it. I made it clear that I would not place my daughter in an unsafe, unstable highchair.
I was told they could send out a replacement leg, but by that point I had lost confidence in the company, particularly as I felt they were suggesting I test an item I considered unsafe. I requested a full refund instead. They agreed and issued a returns label. I posted the item the next day (1st February).
On 11th February, I contacted them for an update and was told they had not yet received the return. They sent me the Evri tracking link which did show it was still in transit. After contacting Evri directly, I was informed the item had been delivered on 5th February. I forwarded this proof to the company, and they then confirmed receipt, advising that it would take up to 10 working days to process the refund.
Overall, I found the customer service experience disappointing. I felt there was significant pressure to keep a faulty item, followed by delays in acknowledging the return and issuing a refund. I am still waiting for the refund and would not recommend this company based on my experience.
Edit (24/02/25): It took 18 days after the company received the product and 4 emails for this refund to be processed. I quoted consumer law 2013 in my last email and a few hours later I received an email that my refund had been accepted and I should expect the money in 10 working days. 6 weeks to get my money back for a faulty item!
