Cons you out of money for a horrendous movie selection too

DO NOT SIGN UP TO THE FREE TRIAL

My debit card got declined while I had money in my bank account, then to find out a few minutes later this website (Cineble.com) stole money from my bank account without me giving them any of my numbers, I don't ever remember visiting the site in the first place. I was confused as to how this company successfully took money from my account, I looked back in my purchases and a month before this they took a very small amount from my account so I would not notice. I now am aware where my money is going too and i'm handing the responsibility down to my bank but I want to tell you guys this. THIS "BUSINESS" IS RAN BY PROFESSIONAL CON ARTISTS! Do NOT I repeat do NOT do anything for this business. They are not a movie site, they take your money and never provide you with anything but a nice overdraft fee! Very disappointing!

I wanted to watch a certain film all it asked for was my card number and prised no charges during the free trial. Thing is there's no movies or anything. This company is a fraud. It takes your money while you look dumbfounded since there's no service provided. Thanks to these idiots I have a NSF fee to pay which is totally not right. I will be reporting this company, how and why they continue to get away with this is without any investigation is beyond me. Only good thing is I'm scheduled to be refunded but IT will to 5-10 business days, yet took them 5-10 seconds to take my money.

I started to sign up for an account with Cineble until they asked for my credit card information. Unfortunately, they now have my email address and I'm getting an unbelieveable amount of spam. I called Cineble and asked them to delete my account, and they said they had no idea what I was talking about. Stay far away from this "company."

I have had money taken out of a bank account for 3 months the account is not for personal use but to pay for food for a buisness .so how have this company got my card details to watch movies? i have reported them to the fraud department of my bank as how can i log in when i have never heard of them? tried ring and they are closed.

After reading reviews... after signing up... yes, i know ... dumb. I will watch my credit card. I did not sign up for any service but FREE and had to give credit card number. I should have known. I then could not get any of the shows I wanted. There was no access. Just kept putting me back to sign up for FREE access page. Don't Do it! Nothing is really free.

I'm a complet idiot should have known it wasn't free, i signed up and my card was charged $1, sure its nothing but thats NOT FREEEE!!!!!!!!!! Then I try to contact one of their agents and I keep getting hung up on after they answer for a split second. Ive attempted 8 times and got the same result SCAMMERS....DONT DO IT!

Everyone who was scammed by this company deserves what they get. You tried to get something for free when there isn't anything the movie industry will give away for free. You are upset because you were scammed by trying to workaround the legality of watching movies online.

I knew this was scam before I ever got to the website because it was from a link on youtube. I checked a few of their other links just to verify my intuitions and sure enough; not only was I taken to Cineble.com, I was also taken to Moviease.com, and Realvids.com which surprisingly ALL LOOK THE SAME!!!

After a few google searches I found this site and am astonished at everyone who fell for it. You people really need to do your research before clicking on a link. NO REALLY, research everything and you will see that 90% of everything that's too good to be true... IS!

I was about to open an account with cineble.com as their advertisement said they offer free movies but on the second page, after getting my email address, they asked for my debit/credit card details. I said, "Hold on a minute" Why are they asking for debit/credit card details if it is free. So I showed them the middle finger and signed out.

Be clever as once you give your bank details you actually throw your ball in their court.

First they withdrew a $1 from my card, well I thought that's not bad, BUT then some hours later another $35 disappeared. The charge was dated 2 days ahead; not sure how they can do that.! I felt something isn't right here, so I googled 'cinaplay'. Well, I couldn't find one good review.!
I'll talk to my bank right away to see what can be done, and call up these opportunists!!

this site was very misleading thankfully i have only lost a very small £3 from my account ...this site is absolute fraud it displays a lot of lies ...whatever you do , dont enter your card details as they claim this is for citezenship conformation BULL**** this is a way of taking your money from you without your permission , on the sign up page it gives you no link to the terms and conditions explaining you must quit your free trial within the first three days or it will start charging , the site it does provide is **** as it doesnt have any movies that anybody is likely to know a very limited genre list with the only upside being the speed they email you back. i am very dissapointed with this site as every promise i have read has been complete uttter LIES !!!!

False advertising! Customer Support is poor... the site does'nt the way that they promise and the woman in customer support was rude!

Ok so I was dumb enough to sign up blah blah blah.
I signed up for the 5-day "free" trial.
Whenever I sign up for something, I make sure that I can delete it, so I went to "Edit Profile" and the button WOULD NOT WORK.
So I was like hell naw, I'm cancelling this shit right now.
I went to cancel it, and I got a confirmation e-mail.
And it was deleted.
THEN I remembered that I also signed up for that Ultra Violet bs, so I deleted that too and got a confirmation e-mail for that also.
I read a review and someone said that their membership with Cineble was also combined with 4 other different sites.
SO, I went straight FBI-mode and searched the history of my ENTIRE computer; saw some websites I didn't recognize and typed my old Cineble log in INTO ALL OF THE WEBSITES.
None of them worked, thank God.
And then I kept reading reviews and people were saying how they were still charged after cancellation, and I was like: I wish a motherfucker would.
So I read the Terms & Conditions and figured out why I wasn't charged:
Even though it's a FIVE DAY FREE TRIAL, after the THIRD DAY, you will be charged.
I wasn't charged because I cancelled that shit literally 30 minutes after signing up.
Then to make sure, I called. And you can tell it's a scam because the FIRST thing they ask you is if you want to cancel.
I gave them my credit card number, and my account wasn't in their records.

i created my account on Cineble as i wanted watch 5 days of free films "just to see what they had on offer" it turns out they did not have films i wanted to watch. After 4 hours of searching i could not find out on how to delete my account over the internet. I don't want to use the phone because i live in England and it charges me for phone calls aboard, after the five days had past i was charge £35 without being asked so can someone please tell me how to delete my account over the internet before i have to cancel my visa debit card.

I've signed up for a "free membership" with my credit card to watch one of the movies this company offered online. A few months later this company started drafting monthly fee of $35.95 per month out of my account without asking for any approval.

When I called CINEBLE.COM to cancel the service, the customer service person gave me a "cancellation ticket number", and told me that she was sending me a cancellation confirmation email.

I also asked for a refund (to see if that was possible), and she told me that they would refund me three months worth of membership fee though she insisted that their policy didn't allow for refund initially.

An hour later after I got off the phone with them, I've looked for those emails that she said she has sent. Off course, they were nowhere to be found....

I have finally decided to call my credit card company to report this as a fraud case, and they had agreed that they would investigate on this case to see if this qualify for monetary compensation.

I am writing this to let people know that CINEBLE.COM IS A SCAM. I don't want anyone to lose their hard-earned money to this malicious company.

Cinemble advertise that they have the film you're looking for and say they don't charge for a trial membership. I thought I'd give it a try as I wouldn't actually mind paying for a quality service anyway. I wish I'd have looked here first though as this company is not to be trusted.

Signing up is free but you do get charged for cancelling the free membership online, or you can call them up, which probably costs even more. If you don't cancel it, you automatically get put on their monthly membership... and for what?

Their films are low budget and I've never heard of a single one. Once into the site, the movie you google searched will not be there. I would say that this site is a pretty efficient con, and you are best advised as previous writers have said to stay well clear!!!

I am contacting the bank and trading standards.

I am usually very careful however, the kids were desperate to watch Harry Potter. Followed an ad, signed up, realised it was a con - films are nothing you will ever have heard of - cancelled membership straight away. Three months on and I am still being billed!!! Going to cancel credit card now :-(

Dont believe [language]!! they collect card info so they can bill you not to verify that you are a citizen! one month free trial was automatically upgraded and i was billed after only 5 days! terms defined were false and I did report to BBB

I never even signed up for a free trial for this company and somehow they managed to get my credit card details and have charged me $39.95 last month and this month.

I don't know how they got my details but I have filed a dispute with my bank and also sent them a request to cancel my 'membership' although I never signed up for one.

They are based in the UK and as I am based in Australia, they expect me to either pay for an international call or pay a cancellation fee to cancel online.

Absolute rip off fraud company.
