This company is most certainly a scam and it feels like their replies are copied and pasted. They spend a lot of time apologizing while they're ripping you off but they aren't even very good at that. It's ironic.These people seem like they'd be just like Philip Seymour Hoffman's character/posse in Punch Drunk Love. It's eerie. Fortunately they really just end up stealing from the banks and it's just an inconvenience to get a new card setup. Personally I've never had a bank not reverse a charge like that. I realize some aren't as fortunate. So sorry to those who feel their trust has been betrayed. I didn't get scammed by them cause I know better now but you never know.

I too had a 39.95 charge on my visa. Never heard of this company. Thank God I had Bank of America fraud alert! They stopped it before it was through on my card. Now I have to wait 7-10 days for a replacement card. Thanks a lot cinnamuse for all the hassel!

Don't know how/where/when I signed up for this. I cancelled last month using their automated service (btw, never used the service, didn't even know what it was). Then was charged again this month. When I called to have the charges reversed at first the rep with an accent tried to argue with me, then reversed charges for the last three months. Hopefully I am done with this scam business.

I never knew this company existed until I saw suspicious .32 charge on my back statement, followed by a 39.95 charge from the same company, that being CINAMUSE.

I did not seek nor sign up for your service so don't "thank" me for "trying" your products. and don't apologize to me for not being happy with service. I DID NOT SIGN UP for your service. I want to know HOW you obtained my CC information. and I have already reported it to my bank as an UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE and I'm also filing a police report.

I entered all my details on the Cinamuse online form and was about to press the button to send them,when something told me to check them out first.I Googled them and came up with the Trustpilot reviews,among others.I'm lucky I did, judging by the reviews.What a bunch of scumbags.

I am currently signing up for the free trial. Right after I gave my credit card information, a payment authentication screen popped up and has remained there for ten minutes. No movies for me I guess. Hope they're not trying to take $ off that card right now. It's supposed to be a free trial and i never agreed to charges.

I was looking for one episode of CSI.....I googled it and low and behold Cinamuse was advertised as a place I could watch it. Signed up for the 5 day free trial, and as soon when I searched for the edpisode they didn't have ANY episode of CSI.....FALSE ADVERTISEMENT to get you to sign up. I called back right away and canceled....I was told I would get an email, but of course I forgot about it till I looked at my checking account and saw the charge. Called and explained I canceled and the bitch told me she would not refund my money because I didn't have a ticket #. She gave me false email address to contact someone else, and just really didn't like the fact that I was American. Company is based out of London England.........DO NOT SUBSRCRIBE!

I am so glad I looked into reviews about this site before giving my credit card number. I'm sad that so many have had to go thru so much for using this site, but I appreciate the time you've taken to prevent others from having to go thru the same. Gotta LUV the internet!!!

You are a terrible site that asks for credit card info for a "free" membership. Then they charge you out of the blue for no reason each month? What happened to free??? Then they have no movies worth watching. All the movies they DO have are of poor poor quality. I mean it looks so fuzzy that you can't even pinpoint what is going on. The sound is awful. Please avoid at all costs. You should be taken to court for the scam you are pulling,

I did the 7 day trial and cancelled it after 1 day as they didn't have the film that was advertised. Now they have charged my card, including a foreign transaction fee, and massive fraud has occurred on my account. Suddenly my credit card is being used fraudulently across the internet. I had to cancel the card, file an affidavit of fraud, etc. I called and reported all of this to the site but it's a bit late at this point. They did not respond to numerous emails.

I discovered that cinamuse had been charging my credit card a monthly fee without my authorization. I tried calling 4 times, using every menu option, to speak with someone in their customer service department. I was disconnected every time--don't bother trying to reach customer service, they don't actually want to help you. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau, but I'm sure that won't concern cinamuse; they're not BBB accredited anyway.

This site is nothing but a scam, they tell you you get a free trial and all the steps to take except where the terms of use are, and because of this you will then be charged for a month's fee with no refund even if you cancel on the first day of the charges. Oh and they charge you for cancelling as well.

They have nothing worth viewing, they get you into their site by movie searches and hint that the movie you are looking for is there when it is not. The movies they have are nothing but crap.

This website should be shut down for false advertisement at the very least.

To bad I had to give them a one star rating as they do not even deserve that.

Being a student, i was annoyed by this website. This scam has cost me my food for the month. This website will be posted around universities noticeboards to warn others to stay away.

Absolutely awful website for too many reasons. They bribe you in with a free movies, that arent free, automatically sign you up for the membership without permission (which i think is discusting, and an obvious attempt at pulling people in because they know that no one will optionally pay £25 a month for awful quality movies) And finally charging you to cancel it.

Discusting awful scam! Stay AWAY from this website. You will save more money going to the cinema, paying for popcorn and paying for all your mates. I hope this website gets shut down.

Made the mistake of signing up for a free trial.
They had horrible movies so I didn't return.
Seen that I had been charged almost $200 for 4 months of service post trial!
Cancelled service, was charged fee for cancellation.
Was charged another $42 because I cancelled ''after last billing period''
So they charged me like $250 and I never watched one movie.
Awesome.
