Used for a while and no issues however last two orders have not been fulfilled. 24 hour delivery paid and received 6 days later. Most recent order sent wrong vapes and 3 emails sent with no response. Will not be using again and strongly advise against. Have now lost £90 as not what I ordered

This hole site is a big scam. And their so called customer service, dos not exist at all. This company runs a scam. After waiting 11 days for shipping I contacted costumer service. After another two days of waiting, Mark “kindly” responds that he vil look after my ordre. sill noting

Placed an order for 24 hour Royal Mail tracked delivery. That was last Thursday. It is now Monday and despite emailing them and sending messages I have had absolutely no response and my status is still on "order placed". Its only after checking emails I realised I had problems with them before. I have had to go through my bank. I am now doubting their existence.

Love this place, great selection to choose from, great prices and fast delivery. They are also very helpful when having to contact them.
