I just want to say what a excellent service i received from a smiling gentleman called (SUNNY) the food was amazing the bar was clean an all food was available i wanted teriyaki beef but was only abit left he kindly said if u wait 5mins as he was cooking a fresh one on the wok an i said brilliant fresh is better so there for i give him a 100% 5 star on kindness welcoming an a really happy customer.

I eat here a lot but I recently have gotten food poisoning from eating here. I didn’t even eat the full meal as half the chicken was all fat and gunk and skin. Proper disgusting will never be back

I came into the Basingstoke festival place store today 2.8.24 around 15.30, And I was given exceptional service by a young lady and her collegue which I assume is the chef..
Both absolutely wonderful with the service thank you very much

Had lunch of Vegetable Noodles and Cauli Rice topped with Beef Teriyaki and Salt & Pepper Chicken. Upgraded to a meal deal with Cauli Bites and a Drink. Already had my 5 spring rolls for joining the Chopstix App. Team were super friendly, food looked freshly made, plentiful and served hot. Great experience - Thanks

We went to Butlins Minehead for holidays and ordered chopsticks while we're away omg it was bloody amazing the food was so good we would definitely come back just to have there food again thank you for the delicious meal we had would definitely recommend to anyone

Where to start , I normally enjoy chopstix but this time it as awful, maybe a different chef! Sadly I had to throw the food away it was that bad . I got it as a take away and it was too far to take it back when I realised. I had a small box which in itself is very stressful to order as the staff stand there and tell you how small it is and how it would be better to get a bigger size (ive also seen them do this to a parent who was buying for a child)After going back and forth they gave in and let me purchase. I ordered egg fried rice and caramel chicken, when I got to a place to eat I found the rice wasnt fried it was boiled and not cooked properly it had limited egg, the caramel chicken was very dry unlike it is normally. The person serving felt very abrupt and didnt let me speak and by the time i got to the counter I had basically become so overwhelmed I didn’t take much notice of the price which didn’t seem right, I n needed to get out. When I did get somewhere quieter I looked in the bag and found spring rolls which I wouldn’t have ordered as can’t have them because of milk intolerance this was not a pleasant experience.

The prawns were served poorly. They were not cleaned and when reported the server said this is how they receive the prawns centrally. Poor hygiene

I found it expensive, I ordered the smaller box with a very small drink and it cost me almost £8. They also fill the tiny small box with noodles, just to put in fewer portions of chicken. The girl who helped me was not expressly attentive when I hesitated about what to choose, they are young and inexperienced and it shows.
Anyway, what caught my attention is the price of such meager food.

Used the Hanley store for the first time last night what a load of rubbish was supposed to be chicken that stuff can't call it food they fed me never seen a feather ever. Save your money go get a can of dog food it would taste better

We went to the Leicester forest east services chopsticks and from the get go, we were met with attitude from a particular male staff, would serve us what we wanted to order, he then proceeds to ignore me while also collecting a too good to go bag at the correct collection time, and tells me he will serve the next customer with attitude, I said well I’m here first so therefore I get served! The attitude from the staff there was horrendous, and apparent lady in charge said she would have a word later! Unfortunately this is very unprofessional and should have taken that member of staff away and continued my order. This will be going further.

Driving home after a long journey, I stopped at Chopstix in Beaconsfield for a meal and was thoroughly impressed. The staff were polite and friendly, especially Jackson and Ingrid. As a first-time visitor, their suggestions were invaluable in helping me choose a dish.

I ended up having the chicken with coconut, which was absolutely perfect. The combination of flavours was delightful, making it the best noodle dish I've ever had.

Thanks to the excellent service and delicious food, I will definitely be coming back soon. Highly recommended!

Chopstix thornwick bay haven is newly opened the staff work so hard and are so friendly and welcoming a big shout out to Owen his service was great and he did all he could to accommodate our family 5*Owen

I've been to the NEC Expo for the last 2 days and when travelling home both times I stopped at ChopStix at Chorley services.

The food and service from the team both times has been great.

Paying special attention to Corey, he is a very professional young man, confident communicator and an expert at customer service.

I don't write 5 star reviews often as I'm somewhat hard to please.

This guy deserves the review.
