Honestly, I was so looking forward to trying the food, and sat down after I saw other people in the seething part of the restaurant to eat my food. Shortly after starting the meal what looked to be the manager came over and started shouting at people saying the floors had been redone and that we must leave. After asking where a good alternative the employee said it’s not his problem. When I sat down no bins were in the way and there was no sign to say not to sit down. Firstly if the floor had just been redone that’s a health and safety issue, I paid extra to eat my food in the restaurant and because the shopping mall didn’t have seating I ended up throwing up my meal which I’d had two bites of. What a waste of money and time. Disgusting service. Not even an apology for something the staff were at fault for.

Also, if you have a discount card, and show them at the till, they'll ignore initially. So make sure you tell them twice. Maybe it's a tactic. But Sonya is great.

Would give no stars if I could, food absolutely disgusting, hard stale rice, hard noodles some hard chicken other chicken soggy and horrible. would not RECOMMEND AT ALL!

Food was ok but for the price was probably not worth more than 6 quid.
Had a super long hair to pull out of my mouth mid meal which ruined it.
Veg rolls tasted of thin air.
Rice was pretty bland and chicken sauces bland. Edible i guess.

Terrible experience with Chopstix. I ordered a Triple Box from the Braehead branch and what I received was nothing like what I paid for. Instead of the caramel drizzle chicken, katsu chicken curry, and apple pies with caramel dip, I was given a box of dry, cold, stale rice and chicken. Not only was it completely wrong, but the food was in such poor condition it felt unsafe to even consume.

I contacted Chopstix immediately to request a refund, and they have now been ignoring me for almost 5 days. No acknowledgement, no update, absolutely no customer care.

This isn’t just bad service — it’s unacceptable. Serving food in that condition and then refusing to respond to a legitimate refund request shows a complete lack of responsibility.

I’ll be proceeding with a chargeback through my bank since Chopstix clearly has no interest in fixing their mistakes. Avoid this company unless you’re prepared to be ignored when things go wrong.

Amazing food, service is always 10/10. My favourite Chinese

This company is totally awful with no customer service at all. Nobody bothers to reply to you from the branch or from head office. There are too many franchises all round by different people who don’t really care about the brand. The brand itself and head office don’t care about the franchisees And let them do whatever they want. All the branches serve different food and are not consistent with their deals. Some chopsticks have the app and others will not let you use the app. What is the point in being a loyal customer and saving up points on the app to find out when you go to a different Chopstix, they don’t let you use it. What is the point in having different promotions that your franchisees can pick and choose whatever they want to do. The food does not even taste good half the time they don’t restock new items. I am very disappointed in this company.

I would suggest that they add pepper on their noodles because its one of the key ingredients of noodles and chicken. It will make a big difference 👍

The food was ok, a like cold, there was no spring rolls which were supposed to be with the meal. I rung up and they said not their problem, I contacted Deliveroo and they said not there problem. If it was 1 or 2 missing I wouldn’t have complained, but it was 10 missing. Deliveroo was quite rude. So was the noodle shop. It was a £34 order. So not cheap

Love Chopstix. The price is above average but I love the food and fast service when travelling. I always use the Skelton Lakes branch. Tonight I was served by Marnie. So friendly and excellent customer service.

Had a delivery today paid £18.00 for what I can honestly describe as a small pot of dry subpar food I could have went to any Chinese and bought chicken chow main 3 times over and has more value for money
The food was luke warm dry and just horrible never again you've all been warned

My first time eating in Chopstix and was very impressed. Delicious food and very friendly, welcoming customer service.

Came to Chopstix Rotherham as its usually a good place for food i Asked if they took bluelight card I was told no which is fair enough but I Asked why as Others will take it once again its a fair enough question.
The woman who was serving me just said we don't and stormed off.... helpful they Also refused to scan my app but didn't tell they wouldn't take it until you got to the till AND it was packed up.

Delicious noodles, especially the prawns. I've been to the Bull Street in Birmingham Chopstix several times now + always enjoy eating there. Staff are great, but thanks especially to Billy, who always takes care of me, lovely guy.

We stopped for lunch at Welcome Break Rotherham. We decided to buy from Chopstix, as we have done before. The time was 13-30 on 14/09/25, and I think we were served by Michelle. Her attitude was awful, her service was awful, and she ruined our lunch break. NEVER AGAIN.

Food missing again they told me i'd have to contact just eat. I tolong her it wasnt the first time so i asked do they have any other companies delivering to which they said urber eats and another. I asked are they any better with the deliveries she put the phone down on me. VERY RUDE. I didnt get chance to say that my husband and my meals were mixed up so they didnt pay attention to what was
ordered on the receipt

4th September i went at nearly 9.35pm. I asked them are you open they said yes. I think three of them are bangladeshi. From them one of collegue was serving me I didn’t like her attitude 1st of all and also that time is closing they put so little quantity just because they can take the rest of food with them. Normally they put good quantity but she was just like keeping and having back. I am really disheartened by their service. I am not getting food over there for free like them but the way she gave the food just like I am taking her food. Very bad service

I’d give this company zero stars if I could, just waited approximately 10 minutes to get served and the woman behind the counter of the Exeter store walked straight past me to serve the people behind me and when I asked if am I invisible she was extremely rude. I have no time for that kind of service from anyone I will never go in there again ever Horrible staff and terrible service.
