El día 28/01/2014 realice una compra de una chaqueta:SKU 18445-brown-XL en la tienda Chinabuye.
Pedido:100536477.
El artículo que compre: una chaqueta Marrón, que la verdad me gustaba mucho tal como la muestran en la foto en la página de Chinabuye.
Por un error de mi tarjeta se realizaron dos compras del mismo articulo.Pero me devolvieron el importe de una chaqueta.
Le envié varios correos a atención al cliente de Chinabuye para confirmarle que solo quería una chaqueta.
Aproximadamente a los 20 días recibí una chaqueta de inferior calidad, más delgado el material y de una tonalidad más clara la chaqueta.
Sé que es de inferior calidad,pues tengo una chaqueta de color negro de este mismo modelo de chaqueta comprada en otra tienda china online que muestra la misma foto que muestra Chinabuye.
La verdad utilizan la misma foto de la chaqueta pero la tienda Chinabuye me ha enviado una chaqueta de inferior calidad y tonalidad de Marrón diferente a la que muestran en la pagina chinabuye.
En fin que estaba muy ilusionado con esta compra ya que tengo una chaqueta negra de este mismo modelo y me queda muy bien, y quería tener otra chaqueta marrón.
Me siento defraudado por comprar esta chaqueta en la tienda Chinabuye y no poder ponérmela ya que es de muy inferior calidad y tonalidad diferente a la que muestran en la foto.
Les he enviado ya hace días de varios correos para hacer la reclamación de devolución, ya que es un artículo de inferior calidad...
Pero responden con evasivas, ofreciéndome 5 dólares para que siga comprando en su tienda.
En fin, una mala experiencia por la mala gestión de atención al cliente de Chinabuye,y mala experiencia por recibir una chaqueta de calidad inferior y tonalidad diferente que no la podre disfrutar, ya que es ridícula la imitación que esta tienda envía.
Fraude.

So this is the first time that I have used this company and this WILL BE MY LAST. I ordered this product 10 days ago and paid extra for the DHLexpedited shipping (3-7 days for it to arrive) . Guess what, still not tracking info because THEY STILL HAVEN'T MAILED THE PACKAGE. I have emailed them several times and if they answer at all, they say the same thing "thanks for your patience." People its time to get companies like this out of the american market. We are easy prey due to theirLOW BALL pricing. But I wish now that I would have paid full price for a phone bought in the USA. Grant it, it still comes from abroad but at least we can minimize the risk. PLEASE CONSIDER PAYING THROUGH PAYPAL.....YOU WILL HAVE PROTECTION AND EVENTUALLY PAYPAL WILL SHUT THEM DOWN WITH ENOUGH COMPLAINTS.

J'avais fais un litige au bout de 45 jours pour objet non-reçu, le vendeur n'a jamais eu l'intention de me rembourser. Maintenant que je l'ai reçu je l'ai dans le baba.

N'essayez pas leur service client, ça répond pas. Passez directement au litige paypal où il seront obligé de vous parler...

Bref un peu dégouter, j'ai payé chère un produit qui ne marche pas, reçu en 2 mois. Wow.

Well i ordered a tablet for one of my son's Christmas presents,i also paid for DHL express delivery which also charged me over 14 GBP to get it from them when in arrived.

When i opened it it turned on but was in a costant bootloop,I emailed them and also showed them a video of this and they said i will have to pay to return it at a cost of a further 15GBP( which i found unacceptable),why should i pay to return something that will not work on opening!!.

After a week of emailing due to the time difference they will not respond nor give me a refund i have now lost over 80 GBP.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST,They will rob you off your money and stop correspondence if they dont get what they want.

J'achète régulièrement des articles peu onéreux sur différents sites chinois quasiment sans aucun problème. J'ai commandé également une montre pour femme sur Chinabuye. Bien que mon paiement par Paypal a été encaissé, il m'est signifié que la montre n'est pas dispo dans la couleur que je souhaite. Chinabuye me demande alors de leur proposer une alternative. Je leur suggère donc dans plusieurs mails quelques articles à peu près au même prix. Il m'est tour à tour répondu que ces articles sont indisponibles contrairement à ce qui est annoncé sur le site. Finalement je consens à accepter la montre dans la seule couleur qui était dispo. Moins de 15 jours plus tard, la montre arrive et là surprise ! Le logo de la montre s'avère être Calvin Klein !!!! de surcroît le bracelet est légèrement abîmé ...

I recently purchased a vaporizer pen from Ebay and when the heating chamber wore out I was searching for replacement atomizers- I paid $20.00 for ONE and it lasted less than a week. While searching for them I ran into the ChinaBuye site and saw the entire mouth piece including the heating chamber for around $6.00 each.
