Found Tassimo Milka hot chocolate on your site cheaper than anywhere else. My son goes through boxes of these, so the savings add up.

Great value and items arrived quickly

I ordered 8 beer glasses and although they were smaller than I expected they arrived safely with no breakages. I also like the fact that most of the packaging is recyclable.

Was nicely packed and all what I ordered was inside, only one little damaged but was cottonbuds so nothing to worry about .
It was nice delivered to your door no carrying home ,and a lot of the goods different from supermarkets and a lot of what ordered was cheaper as well.

Absolutely dreadful , placed my first order, went missing, couldnt find it in the app although I had a confirmation email, Cherryz blamed the delivery driver, not big enough to admit to their mistake

App easy to use.
Time scale of delivery sound okay 2-3 days. BUT still waiting delivery company emailed and said the is a problem with my order. So still waiting but now have to go out and buy the goods again from a shop as now I need them. Have emailed I they are very quick getting back but still no resolution.

I have been using cherryz for well over a year and will continue to do so, I do feel it takes over a week to receive my orders that could be due to area I live in though?? I don't usually have any issues and the one I had today not sure if was the delivery company at fault or way was packaged but had issues with all 3 boxes this order 😒 will continue to use tho as love it for all the things my local wee town doesn't stock here !
