I order from cherry about 3 times a month,I’ve only had a problem once but I was refunded most of my order.It wouldn’t have stopped me ordering again.The App is easy to use & i love it’s delivered to your door.

My parcel was received by evri last wednesday and i’m still waiting for it

i think cherryz is a wonderful shop, so quick on delivering i cant thank you enough for the good service you have given me i shall always be coming back xxx

It was so easy to order and pay for my items. I was kept informed about delivery. I ordered on wednesday 14th dec and received thursday 15th. Everything was packaged carefully. I especially loved the wooden house calendar and coasters that match. The selection of mini chedders and tub of sweets were really popular.

I love Cherryz I have never had a problem with them they arrive in good condition it is not the the driver that is at fault if your parcel is damaged if my parcel is damaged ii would send it back

Products are really good . Easy to shop online just like shopping in Poundland even better when you're at home the only downside is the delivery company that you use unreliable

You should stop using Hermes/Evri as couriers because the first delivery I got from you was leaking. The second had three storage containers that were bashed and broken, not useless but not in new condition as I had expected.
Either your warehouse sends out defective products or the courier's lack of care causes these problems.

I use Cherryz regularly. Won't shop anywhere else for laundry or cleaning stuff. Great prices and great service.

I love Cherryz. The prices are so good and they deliver straight to your door saving you carrying heavy items. The website is brilliant and so easy to use.

I love cherryz but I ordered last Monday (12/12/2022) and still haven't recieved my order although this is the couriers fault yo yet to talk to anyone to sort the issue us frustrating. I paid next day delivery but didn't meet the deadline so expected it Wednesday although evri say they tried to deliver they didn't and haven't heard anything since we are now on the (17/12/2022).

When I buy Tassimo pods from supermarkets, they usually have about a year on them before expiry. These that have arrived from Cherryz have about two months left! Now I find myself with 80 capsules to consume before end of Jan 2023 and they are not cheap at £3.50 a box. FUMING!

I've been using this app for a long time now & recently received my last order & the cleaning product were broken & leaked everywhere.
Socks were soaked which I put in bin & apple sauce & mint sauce had smashed. Pissed off & disappointed ain't the word. Cant be bothered to write the rest.
