Didn’t send my order and after chasing them several times to which I received no reply I had to go through my bank to get the money back. Avoid!

Wish I had read the reviews before placing my order. Placed my order, paid my money, got an order confirmation... then nothing. Enquired after several weeks, got a poorly-written, very arrogant and condescending reply telling me I should have known they don't deliver to the Channel Islands (then why accept my order, and take my money, with my GY post code?) Never had problem ordering over-the-counter meds from anyone else.

Would give them 0 out of 5 if I could!

Don’t order anything from here. Paid for two items. Only one arrived. Communication prolonged and abrupt. Still no refund.

After 4 weeks my order has not been received.
The past 10 days I have phoned initally and told it would be sorted that day but was not, left an answerphone message and sent two emails.
I have had no response so far since my account was debited.

Ordered over 2 weeks ago, have been sent a tracking number that doesn't work. Long replies and when they do they say it has been sent when it clearly hasn't. Asked for a refund but no reply. Please don't buy from here

Jeez, where to start, send wrong meds, rude on the phone when complained! Will not use EVER!

Sent me the wrong medication, did not respond to enquiry email sent. I am housebound and rely on pharmacy help by post, never had this issue before with any other place

Ordered competitively priced pharmacy medication online. Order placed on Sunday. Left a voicemail Tuesday to check delivery method. No response, however the following morning received a Royal Mail tracking reference. Delivery received this morning (Thursday) all okay. Thank you.

Product and delivery was slightly cheaper than other sites. However, there was no link to track the order, emails were ignored, and phone number is always busy. No idea if I will get my order. Is it a scam?

No delivery, no reply to emails, no answer on phone. Waste of time and money. AVOID. If there was a zero star available that would be my choice. Waited weeks for medicine and nothing.
