Order was supposdedly delivered in one box. I got a towel I ordered from Amazon shipping, not Chemical Guys. I also ordered the 2 bucket wash system. Did not get it and now have to wait 30 days to then file a claim. You better hope you get your order because this is extremely poor customer service.

Would not recommend! Chemical Guys has the worst customer service! I purchased a car washing kit for 127$. After I purchased the product, I realized the kit was more than I was comfortable spending. I made a request 10 minutes after I made the purchase, I contacted the support line that and they said it was too late to cancel the request. Once my package arrived, I requested a return and it took them over 2 weeks to provide me with a return shipping label. I returned the package through FedEx on May 6th. It is 22 days later, and they are still "processing my return". It is absolutely ridiculous. I never event opened the package, I have no idea why it is taking so long to process return. This is a terrible company with horrible customer service. I simply want my money back, so I never have to deal with this company again.

The commercial for Chemical Guys uses innuendos of sex to get peoples attention. It's disgusting and makes me NOT want to purchase it

The product and the service are two different issues. I like most of the products however the spray top bottle leak and they leak badly. i get to use 2/3rds of the bottle with the rest dribbling onto the ground. What did the customer service person want. She wanted me to take a picture of the spray bottle dribbling from the prayer nose. There are no visible cracks and the amount of liquid escaping is slow and annoying. Doing tasks to satisfy a narrative does not show the problem. there is no reasoning in the customer service. Too bad.

Used extreme body wash and wax, horrible product. Just fancy packaging, i could do better with my dove shower and body wash.

Bought some car freshener, very poor quality, no smell at all, wont be ordering in the future, wasted money.

Holy crap. Their customer service has gone to the dogs. I ask a simple question and go an AI customer service service response, and it was a ridiculous answer. They used to be good, no more.

Grandson dropped some jelly from a butternut and jelly sandwich on our gray automotive seat, tried chemical guys “Lightning fast stain extractor” within two hours of the drip of jelly. It did absolutely nothing after following the directions, I worked on the stain for 30 minutes with this product and the best result I could get was maybe a 50% reduction in the stain. Complete scam. Scented water. Went to my solution of laundry detergent and spray andn wash and the stain was gone. Never buy Chemical guys products again. if i could give 0 stars i would.

Don't typically leave reviews but hopefully this will help others. I should've done a little research first myself. Figure Id give them a shot with all the hype.

Same as others. Issues with order fulfillment. Missing item from delivery. Submitted a claim w/ their 3rd party handler (Extend) and was denied - apparently you have to wait 5 days to submit any claims. Im sure they hope that you forget and just move on.

Called and spoke with a "customer service rep," only to get referred back to their 3rd party claims handling. When speaking directly to a rep, it was confirmed, my items were in a single delivery and not multiple.

Went back to using Meguiars and Griots, proven, tested, and local availability.

I have never tried Chemical Guys' products, and after today, I never will. They have the most sexually suggestive and debased ad on Pluto TV that I have ever seen. The commercial's contents disgusted me, and I don't disgust easily. In a society that is becoming darker and more degrading than ever before, this company is using depravity to try and sell their products. I guess that means that their products aren't good enough to stand on their own merit...?

First time client of the product of this company and let me tell you that it will be definitely the last! I purchased this product Chemical Guys Sprayable Diablo Wheel Cleaner (Safe on All Wheel & Rim Finishes), Great for Cars, Trucks, SUVs, Motorcycles, RVs & More, 473 ml. smells great and that is about all it does! I wanted to contact the company but you need to register and create an account! I added my email but no email in the inbox, so I cant contact the to leave my opinion! So, all in all, It will be the last time I am giving a chance and will stick with brands like Turtle, California and so on! So poor customer service.

Their products are decent. But not worth the money. And also shipping from the website is a joke. I ordered on April 2nd and didn't receive my products until the 17th. Not very professional when I inquired about it, sending me AI automated generic answers.

Wheel & tyre cleaner is rubbish product which does not work. Frankly, it would not clean melted butter off a plate under boiling water. Even using a brush with the product did not clean off brake dust. I returned it to the shop anx advised them to bin it and stop selling the product so as not to disappoint customers. Oh, but it does smell nice 😡

I’ve only tried the tire shine. With that being said, the main problem I couldn’t get past was the smell of it. If you just put a small amount on a rag and then when your done toss in your back seat floor. That is all you will smell for the next month. Get it on you bare hands in few hours you will be so tired of smelling it. I ended up giving it away to someone and it doesn’t do a better job than any of the other products that have no smell. I’m sure not to many pro detailers are using there stuff. Also the price of their stuff doesn’t match the quality of work you get from it.

First order of $350 took a month to receive and second order of $60 came damaged and my Fedex man said he was sending it back to them as damaged. Now they say it’s my problem. So I never received any products and they won’t send a new shipment. I wouldn’t order thru them. Customer service is horrible.

I own a detailing business, almost all of my supplies are chemical guys. The prices are so worth it for what it is. Totally recommend it!

I mistakenly ordered an orbital grinder 220 V....I was not aware that 220 was european power. My mistake. I called and told them I received a model with a european plug and asked if I can exchange it for one a US model. I was told NO final sale. I told them I was not looking for a refund, just an exchange and I would pay the difference if the US model was more expensive. Again NO. I asked to speak to speak to a manager. I was told NO. So this company wants to keep my money for a product I cannot use and could care less about customer satisfaction. I made a mistake but they should also could have reached out to inform me that it could not be used in the US. Don't buy anything from this company.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Chemical Guys has been extremely disappointing. My order took approximately two weeks just to ship. When the package finally arrived, the wrong item was sent.

I immediately contacted customer service and was approved for a replacement, which I appreciate. However, I have now been waiting several more days with no clear resolution timeline, and it appears I may need to wait another couple of weeks to receive the correct item. This means over a month total just to receive what I originally ordered.

Mistakes can happen, but long shipping delays combined with incorrect orders and slow replacement processing create a very poor customer experience. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend ordering unless significant improvements are made in fulfillment accuracy and response time.

Gave them 1 star only because I couldn’t give them zero stars. My order was shorted items and their customer service AI left me in an endless loop after asking me to submit a bunch of information (which I did). The products were no better than I could pick up off the shelf at any other store.

I purchased an exterior detailing kit. Before I received it they emailed me marketing materials that showed the same kit I just purchased from them for $30 dollars less. Here is their response.
