Chefskit Bewertungen

Five stars just isn't enough to rate my experience with Chefskit. I ordered chef trousers for my 11 year old grandson, who is a very keen cook. They were out of stock, but Tina chased some down and got them to me by Christmas. She also added a gift for my grandson....great communication throughout the process and I couldn't recommend the company too highly.
The actual products are lovely and very good value for money.

Horrible service... Buying from eu I was never warned on new import extra charges... After being asked for almost 50 % overcharge by my customs I chose the other option to send back the parcel.
After informing costumer care of the situation by mail,... 3 times I received a brief reply your parcel is on its way Chek your tracking....
I wrote again to then receive a enquiring on why I was complaining that my parcel wasn't delivered if I sent it back myself.....
They as well told me that when they will receive the parcel I would be refunded....
Parcel is being delivered and notified by the courier last week.... No matter what I did never received not a reply on my many mails... Not the refund I should be entitled by law....
Nothin else to say.... Apart report this as fraud to my credit card....

Very quick to respond to my question and I got my order the next day, can't ask for more than that, oh and the price was cheap!

Friendly effiecient service, very fast response to my order, got it next day
